    ... I think you just warped it in the worst way possible, dear.
    Umm. My current boyfriend is two years older than me... precisely. Do you imply that that's wrong?
    And... it seems that in your love for Kataang, you forgot that Aang and Katara have a two years difference, too. So if you're going to apply the "It's not right!" statement to anyone, you should try it on both Zutara and Kataang... because the age difference is the same.
    Kataang has so many qualities, why did you choose the weakest point to present it? Both ships have so much more going on than just age, it's the personality that counts...
    My main Kataang point; it seems that Katara and Aang really care for each other. They're just always there, and the only time Aang betrayed Katara was when he stole that map. So I see that their relationship, even if not romantic, is easily one of the strongest bonds on the show.
    So I guess I sound like a closeted Kataang fan. Keep on reading.
    I, myself, think that romance could only ruin it. It would start to get awkward. I don't want to see their deep friendship turn into silly teenage/preteen love. Consider my daily rant done.

    there was a spark between zuko and katara but Katara hates Zuko since he joined Azula in "the Crossroads of destiny"
    so kataang will happen for sure ????

    ... I still stand by my point... Katara won't forgive Zuko, that for sure, but I'll be disappointed in her character development if she doesn't at least consider what would she do in his place. Katara holds grudges.
    But - she felt a bit guilty when she left the cave with Aang, we saw it in the look she gave Zuko as she was walking out. It was a look of guilt. And later on, if she calms down, I'm pretty sure she'll at least wonder - would he choose her side if she'd healed him? That's at least what I wonder...

    My thoughts on Zuko's choice; He was promised to get back his honor and his father's love. Two things I'm pretty sure he'd craved for the most, and when Azula promised them to him, we can be happy he even thought it over before joining his sister. Really, why wouldn't he? Katara, the only one on the "other side" he opened to, left him there without a second thought.

    I think people overlook the fact that Aang is the main character and he has traveled through swamps, islands, and CAVES...with Katara. Heh, to me that little 'look' Katara gave Zuko wasn't as much as a 'I-have-a-sudden-affection-for-the-kid,' as it was a 'I-kinda-feel-sorry-for-him-cause-his-life-sucks-at-him' look.
    But never mind what I think, let's ask Katara:

    "Okay, Katara, choose."

    Katara: *looks at Aang then Zuko* Your serious?

    Kataang all the way.

    people like zutara because how many times do you see the main female fall for and end up with the main hero? zutara is different and that is why i like it. and zuko's a more complex, popular, and overall, better character than Aang, because people can relate to him. He has to make choices and he has to struggle and fight.
