Nah, she's just purely evil. Ursa may have been stern with her all the time because she needed to be, the child was psychotic and she could tell she said "what is wrong with that child", I mean even when she was a little girl she said awful things about members of her own family, and it's not like she was exactly heart-broken when her mother died (but maybe she wouldn't be) but she wasn't sad about Azulon either, Besides logic aside, the creators said that Zuko was a complicated character not purely evil, Azula on the other hand was purely evil. The creators word is law, Azula is pure evil.
Two words: Mentally Unstable. Add her father, Ozai, to being crazy, and you get modern Azula!!

In spite of everything having been said on this thread, no one has explained to me why my mentality toward Azula is reminiscent of Anne Frank like that one guy said.

...WHAT?! Who said that?? **Looks back** Oh...I don't get it...Wasn't Anne Frank that kid from WW2 who wrote in a diary?
No, Anne Frank was that blind girl who couldn't talk.
I thought that was Helen something...Eh, I don't like history or people...Or people IN history...

NO, The blind, deaf, and dumb chick was HELEN KELLER. ANNE FRANK was a Jewess who hid with her family in a friend's attic for most of WWII and wrote a famous diary. She was, if I remember the play correctly, an almost-stupidly optimistic girl. Oh . . .

I probably should have put up something to denote sarcasm and pasted a picture of Randall (Clerks 2) wearing his custom T-Shirt. Seriously, watch Clerks 2, then reread my post. It's funny, I swear to god.

I dislike such movies as those.

I'm sure they're not fond of you either.

Them and the rest of the world. As if I care.

That was well written.?? In fact I now hope that it goes down that way because it would be nice if he gained that confidence.?? However I doubt she will die.?? I think Ozai will and then she will take over the FN.?? That is going to become the basis of the 4th season.

Either that, or it should be what happens after everything is done. Maybe not a "Flash foreward" thing, but just like rebuilding everything and alliances and all that....

wow... cool... sweet... ... ... that's all I have to say about that.

Seriously, I can see that happen.

You make a good point, but it's hampered by the fact that your spelling and grammar leave a lot to be desired.

Whatever happens to Azula, I want her to have plenty of time to completely lose her ever-cool control and beg for her life before she's gone.

But what's ironic is Azula has no problems taking the lives of others she never see's into their motives or think all around to see if it's worth it but when her life is on the other hand she expects to be spaed cause her life is the oly importance to her.

That is a sort of hypocracy that all supervillains, criminals, and generally evil people enjoy.

I doubt she'll care. How many times can you kill and threaten people's lives before you realize you're doing something bad.

Azula is corrupted I doubt she's the kind that says "OMG I know I'm evil I am for the sake of it"

Azula seems like the person who claims she's doing it for a good cause she doesn't know her actions, Well to me she doesn't.

To me Azula thinks everything she does is right, and to hell with anyone who says otherwise. She's obsessed with perfection ("Almost(perfect) isn't good enough!") girls got some issues...and I got the b***hslap tissues
