    no they already said that aang an companies story is over and they shall never be heard from again. the new characters will not have anything to do with aangs group nor will there be any connections to them. the mc i bet wont even be an avatar. as for the name korra who knows if this is even a living person in the series? it could be the name of an ancient weapon, creature ect. basically just consider it part of the series like a tales of game. with the exception of a few random references ( kataras necklace design being on someones pillow or back pack maybe a foo foo cuddly poops doll) they are completly different

    Their story as in, the fire lord plot that is over but they will be heard from.

    plus, if it takes place in the future as most speculation says, there's bound to be refferences to the 12 year old avatar that mastered the elements in less than a year to stop a 100 year old war while rediscovering a type of bending that existed even before the freaking Avatar did.

    It seems too early for that. They're still hiring animators and such, aren't they? Unless it was just some test voiceover and then the logo. Maybe some concept art or character designs?

    I'm sure they could keep this a secret long enough to have a teaser ready for us.

    This would be cool:


    Korra is a female waterbending prodigy (about age 14) at the south pole (which has been rebuilt into a utopia of sorts, like the North in TLA )taught by an old (>100) master, also female. She does not know she is the avatar yet. One day a Fire Nation ship shows up at the village, carrying two princes of the Fire Nation (twins would be cool)


    Backstory:The fire lord is an aging Fire Lord Iroh, who learns of a plot by some of his highest generals to use the power of Sozin's Comet to kill him and his two children and begin the war again.Since the armyhas not been used in 100 years,Iroh doesn't realize itis no longer under his control, until almost too late.Iroh sends his children to safety in the south pole and to help the Avatar in his journey.


    Side Note: The people of the northern air temple have, over time, become become accustomed to life there and slowly learned airbending from nature, or aang has spiritbended the power into Teo.
