    I was actually just making fun of the 2 in my quote by summing up 2 other possibilities. But you are right it can be anything.

    yeah i realised that, i just said that because that's my theory, but i didn't want to say it in a 'i'm a fanfic writer' way, because i dislike fanfics.

    Hey!

    Does anybody know why the show is being aired in Canada but not in the US? (Talking about 312 & 313, and others if any)

    I'm not a citizen of the US but it's kinda ridiculous! If they can show it there why not in the US? It can't be because of the writers strike so what is it?

    hey ive got a question! i know its probably been asked before but im not going to spend hours looking, anyway, if toph has a last name, why wouldn't any one else? do they not have one or is it just not important enough to say...

    NO Canadian has stated if ads in YTV say "new avatar"(314 yes) or just "avatar"(no 314)for the 8:30 P.M. showing in Friday

    lot of people only see YTV for Avatar

    Go to prefs in the right top of the screen. Go to the "Boards" tab. There you can add your signature.

    ok fine if no one answers this question then i will!

    toph is the only person to have had their last name revealed, back then last names meant a lot less then they do now, nowadays everyone has a last name, but back then only the wealthy had last names, like toph. zuko probably has a last name too to determine his dynasty but it's never been revealed, aang, katara and sokka, haru etc probably don't have last names.

    I think the major reason was because writers wanted to "relate" the flying pig (vision of Aang at the swamp) as the "family crest" of her family, so they were "forced" to reveal Toph's family name

    hmm. that's true about ty lee and mai, but i doubt they'll ever be bothered to reveal any more last names.
    good point about toph's name though, if it wasn't for that, she wouldn't have had a last name, but it's still nice that she does.
