Are there any new Zutara fans?
She knew that Azula was there, and naturally up to no good. She also would have known that Azula was working with the Dai Lee, since they had to be the ones who put her in the cave. Although she may act like it sometimes, Katara is not stupid; she would have to have been blind to miss the fact that something was up. As soon as she was free to go, getting out of there to stopwhatever was going on naturally became top priority.

Fact: Kataang won the shipping war. Zutara is dead.
Fact: We will never know which ship would have lasted longer. Zutara never happened, and we will see no more of Kataang. (At least not in leading roles. They may appear if they make more seasons, but as secondary characters.)
Fact: We're not saying that Zutara is not a steamy ship. It's just the fact that it is a steamy dead ship.
Fact: You cannot go against the will of Mike and Bryan. They have often said that Kataang is their wonderful classic romance. And classic romances are perfect fairy tale loves that can live through anything and will last forever.
Fact: I am getting tired of repeating myself over and over. Lets just move on to a more useful topic- THE MOVIE!!!!
It has been confirmed that he movie will be called "The Last Airbender" and that it will be released in July of 2010. NOT 2009 like was previously expected. Which actually is a good thing, considering that the 3-D movie titled "Avatar" will be released in summer of 2009.
We have heard in interviews with M. Night that the movie will be shot mostly in Philly and Greenland.
Nick just got bumped up in the Paramount corporation, so the movie will likely have more funds than before. Yay!

If this is about relationships (and not even just the romantic ones) then why don't we discussthe relationships between Nations. What do we think will be the general mood of the world after the war?

This is the thread for discussion of the various romantic relationships in Avatar. Anything else is off-topic.
Gosh, this is almost worse then when we were on hiatus. Actually, we kind of ARE on hiatus.... a TWO YEAR hiatus! Well, at least when the movie comes out we can all hear about the wonderful "sexual tension" from Zutara...
but the person who might play Aang is older than 12, they might make him the same age as Katara. (Whoot! Katanng might have the ST for a change!)
I'm just curious, but if Katara and Aang were the same age would it change any Zutarian's minds? Because many Zutarians gripe about how Katara is too motherly and that Aang is too innocent and immature for her.

Both of those arguments ceased to function properly sometime around the begining of Book 2. But they're pretty much all that the canon!Zutarians have, and so they were continually brought up and blown out of all proportion.
But we don't mind. It gives us something to argue about
Which is why we are still doing this. All future avatar events are a long way off; the new video game is still some moths away, the next comic-con isn't until feburay, ditto for the rumored hour long movies, and the Shyamalan movies don't start coming out for almost two years.
So we argue about shipping. And we find it fun. The only times when it isn't fun is when people start to become a bit upset with things, and start flaming the other shippers *glares at doomed_soul89*. But fortunatly, that doesn't happen too often.

and isabelwhatx Katara loves Aang more like a mother loves her son then anything, so it gets kinda creepy which equals inferior ship, the best ship is Zutara but the passion of Zutara and the intensity just isn't for a kids show and it is not true that creators have complete control of their charters, although characters do not have a mind of their own, they do have a personality and you can't just make them do whatever or they will start to not be themselves and the show will start to suck
