Do You Think Katara Is Annoying?

    Katara as a person, is tolerable but she's b*tchy at times, and moody, almost like she stuck in perpetual PMS. But she wouldn't be annoying if it weren't for the writers always overdoing her. I don't have a problem with her as a character, but they can tone down all the "wow, you look beautiful" and her bending abilities have been overexaggerated greatly (but that can be understood, there not going to hault the show just so Katara can learn bending at a realistic pace). What probably bugs me the most and what possessed me to write this, is that one incident where the "mean girls" were making fun of Toph, when IMO Katara looked just as ridiculous and then when Katara says "you're really pretty" they zoom in on her face to show how pretty Katara is. I have no problem with her character, but they seriously need to bring her back down to earth.

    Are you kidding me? Katara is Awesome. She doesn't act 'motherly', she just feels responsible for the group (There is always a responsible person in every fictional group).

    Anyway, she didn't master waterbending that fast. There was just a big time gap between episode 118 and 119. The firenation couldn't have reached the North Pole in a week, you know..

    Well the Avatar world isn't all that big. Look at the serpents pass on the map! They crossed that on foot in like two or three days!

    I think maybe the avatar world is like a long-lost continent on earth rather than an entire planet. Kind of like Middle-Earth in LOTR.

    I don't get why people don't like Katara she is smart, if it was not for her nothing would get accomplished, she is a great bender, and she is the best looking character on the show (well I guess that is an opinion but still there are the other three). But everyone is untitled to there own opinion even if some people do not agree with it.

    Katara tries and fails at taking the spotlight of a more deserving girl from another show.Also,she looks like a monkey.Kinda smells like one too. Ooo-ooo.Eee-eee.Ah-ah,ooo-ooo.

    I fifth that statement and my associates third and fourth it, but I say that Azula is the hawtest imo.
