Well Azula has nothing to do with that. I was just my two cents on how the Azula part fo the story could end.
The ending you wrote will have me crying if that happens. They talk and make peace and then she dies? TT__TT It's too much like a Jet thing for me.

Well unfortunitely, that best you can hope for Azula. She is not going to reform or turn normal and live. If she turned good and went on to live a happy normal life, that would be to perfect, to Disney for us to accept. Might as well have Ozai see the errors of his ways, or the ghost of Sozin to say he is sorry.

Yeah I know. Avatar after all is no Disney--and we wouldn't want it to be. Though Charles Dickens is a different story...XD jk Nah I wouldn't want an Avatar Christmas Carol.

I don't know, we all see that Azula gets super angry and thus looses the ability to control fire and Zuko knows the pure method of firebending.

Even if the GAang/Zuko try to help her with something like lost firebending (or off of a cliff when she lost a battle), I don't think she'd accept their help, or abuse it later on. She's just too far down the slippery slope to be helped. I guess she can have some regrets, but siding with the Avatar or going against FN would be too much for her. Zuko got some spiritual sickness from helping Appa, can you imagine what would happen with Azula if she did anything nice to them?

I think that after The Fiery Rainbow of Lurve, Zuko has gotten much better at firebending. He was more on the defensive side in the gondola-fight, worked well with Sokka and used Azula's movements to his own advantage (waiting for openings). His bending was really precise, calm and came from inner strength; not his usual rage filled, from the muscle, "attack-attack-attack-attack some more" attitude from Season 1 and 2.

Honestly I'd rather see Azula die than her being good. She's my delicious mistress of evil and I'd like to keep her that way. To taint her soul with goodness would spoil her for me. Too many good guys and sunshine would make me twitch.

Same here. She might have frustrations, but why not have frustratios while you're evil? Azula has behaved too evil to get good now. And yes, too many good guys and sunshine makes me twitch too. It's just like Ozai saying something like 'ow, I terrorized people and was playing the dictator but I'm all over it now'....see Hitler saying that stuff too?

In Disney she would NEVER get a chance to turn good lol. She would become of huge size and break down some stuff. However, for me that would be the other extreme. (God, the end of Aladdin was SO bad there)

On a completely different tangent, Why didn't the guards use firebending to cut down the gondola!? They used a saw!

Haha, I noticed that as well. Also, it was interesting to see that no one woke up when Sokka fell off of Appa after finding out Zuko was on it. The gaang has a bunch of heavy sleepers.

they are in their own bedrooms(established during the Katara warning at end of WAT)inside the temple, while Appa is outside

But everyone was sleeping outside in one location. Sokka sneaked right by them, being careful not to step on anyone.

Or, maybe they all wanted to sleep together that night.

I too think that Azula going really good would be a little bit too sugary sweet. Maybe if she dies while doing something good, but I don't want to see her alive and acting all...different.

I agree there. I wouldn't be mind if they seemed more good by default to Ozai. I really want them to elevate Ozai as the ultimate evil, and make everyone else even Azula seem not so bad by comparison to him.
