i just love how they tied everything up and how everything came together at the end, at her breakdown personally, i just saw it coming, when a person holds in all that emotion, when they just dont care about everything around them, it will just build, and build, and build, until you just cant take it anymore, her breakdown, was plausible,

I like Azula very much, so naturally I felt really bad for her in the finale. As for any hope of her recovering? Of course I believe it. Mike and Bryan said it's possible in the Q/A at the back of Sozin's Comet little book. Yeah thats what I thought. Blue fire is hotter than regular orange-red fire so why isn't her fire more powerful than Zuko's...?!?!??!?!??!!

Because the writers don't like explaining loopholes... Actually, I'm still trying to figure that out. I don't think it's the heat that matters.

That gets me too. For a while I thought about gender being the issue but we've seen minor female firebending characters that bend with reg. fire.

I saw something in her from the very first episode of season 2, something that finally overwhelmed her in the series finale. I saw a spoiled, bratty, child who had not yet matured and learned that she can't always get what she wants. I did not feel sorry for her in the slightest; on the contrary. I made jokes at the TV, wagging my finger at the screen and saying "Now, now, you must learn to express yourself in a mature fashion and use your words!" and joked that all the water we saw puddled around her was her tearbending. What I had once considered to be the most evil, psychopathic, and greatest princess character I had ever seen in fiction; an admirable villain for her sheer adeptness at being a villain, had become nothing more to me then a tantruming crybaby in only minutes. In my view of her, I reminded myself of a villain, like the way Ozai might think. Once, I admired her emotional manipulativeness and her observation skills in spotting and taking advantage of weakness. However, once she showed such shameful weakness, I mentally turned against her and considered her nothing more then pitiful.

everyone has their faults, hers turned out just to be one of a poor childhood, that one trip to the shrink could have solved ^_^

Yeah, I heard somewhere around 2010.

Azula shall be played by Lindsay Lohan. (C'mon. Can't you see all that bent up rage inside her too?) And Dakota Fanning and Brad Pitt will be playing all the rest....

    Just playin'

There isn't enough water in the Oasis to help that girl.

I'm not sure if anyone knows, I dont speak spanish but I do know that the spanish word Azul means blue, so I would imagine its just one of those things.....Azula having blue fire that is.

I don't think it was the power that got to her. I think it was Mai and Ty Lee's betrayal, added with Ursa's favortism towards Zuko over her that got to her in the end. Ursa favored Zuko over her; Mai and Ty Lee (not really but you get it) chose Zuko over her. See a pattern?

But you must admit, seeing her fix her hair and tells it to meet its doom was priceless..and I am assuming she also tried to put her own make-up on.

I'm just happy she didn't die, I really though they were going to finish her off. And I don't care if she's gone "coocoo" (although it is embarrasing), she still manage to hold her ground and win the Angni Kai (sp?) since Zuko was clearly done for. Azula remains my fav character ^^ ... after Momo of course.

Yeah, I'm starting to see a little pattern, like Zuko kinda wanted to be better than Azula, Azula just wanted the love Zuko was getting...it's ironic in a poetic sense...
