Keep in mind the "bowling alley" gag was Squidly, whom I liked.

    Top 18. Culture Shock

Highlights: Tons of laughs, especially at the end. Squidward, Patrick, and everyone else was in character. Another underrated gem from Season 1.

Lowlights: While the mop gag was funny, it became tiresome after a while.

Bottom 18: The Battle of Bikini Bottom

Highlights: Underrated, mostly because everyone thinks it's "disgusting". I don't.

Lowlights: It wasn't disgusting, sure, but it wasn't funny either.

    What, no more comments? D:

    Top 17: Missing Identity

Highlights: A different sort of SpongeBob episode, in which SpongeBob is telling this story to some people at a diner. A great one, too, with lots of laughs, a great plot, and heavy breathing!

    Lowlights: Not here.

    Bottom 17: Once Bitten

Highlights: Well, when I Google imaged this episode, I found a movie that I've never heard of. I guess that was pretty cool.

Lowlights: Uhm... it wasn't funny. It was Gary biting people (re: fish) and then everybody goes crackers because they think they have "Mad Snail Disease". Next please.

    I like Once Bitten.

I hope Atlantis Squarepantis isn't in the bottom.

Never seen it, and I certainly don't judge episodes I've never seen.

Top 16: Sing a Song of Patrick

Highlights: A refreshing change of quality in the mostly mediocre or bad 5th season. Some classic moments, such as Patrick thinking, and his poem read in gym class. Also: "P.U.! What's that horrible smell?"

Lowlights: Patrick was being a bit of a jerk to SpongeBob.

    Bottom 16: The Thing

Highlights: It was nice to see Squidward see a live concert by his favourite clarinet...ist (is that what they're called?)

Lowlights: The rest of the episode was Squidward abuse to the max. Honestly, I do not recommend this episode to any Squidward fan.

Given that it's my 15th birthday today, it's only fitting that I do the Top and Bottom 15.

    15. New Digs (aka best episode of Season 5)

Highlights: A stellar episode. The plot had a perfect beginning, a perfect middle, and Squidward moving in rounded out to a perfect end. Lots of good jokes, too.

Lowlights: Nothing to see here. (actually, I'm considering dropping the "Lowlights" thing here, because every episode from this one up is stellar).

    Bottom 15: Fungus Among Us

Highlights: Can't think of any off the top of my head.

Lowlights: I'm not sure what went wrong with Season 5, but episodes like this sure glorify it. The whole story was disgusting, The Splinter pales in comparison to it. Worse than that, IT WASN'T FUNNY.

    Thanks, guys.

    Top 14. No Weenies Allowed

Why?: Lots of good jokes ("Sooo... your name's Reg..") but the thing that nailed it for me was the robot waiter at Weenie Hut Jr.'s. Both his voice and lines were absolutely hysterical. "Would you care for another Diet Kelp with a lemon twist... WEENIE?"

    Bottom 14: Good Neighbours

Why?: Because it wasn't funny. It was just SpongeBob and Patrick being annoying. Can't Squidward even enjoy one Sunday without those two messing it up?

Okay, let me just say that I love DumbDog's avatar. xD

Top 13. Bubblestand (aka the first excellent episode)

Why?: Because after an okay pilot, we get this genius episode that sets the tone for the rest. Squidward's "Business is booming" line is one of my favourites ever in the series.

Bottom 13. Slide Whistle Stooges (omg, noseason 5 slaughter! :O)

Why?: Because it was a worse version of Good Neighbours. Slide whistles are funny? Since when was this show aimed at three-year-olds?
