Well, I'd asy that Hama is about 60 - 70 years old. She looked like she was in her early 20s when she was captured, so it would have been 40 - 50 years before the events of the main story, give or take. I remember that in "Zuko Alone", during the funeral flashback, the number of years Firelord Azulon had reigned was mentioned. Can anyone remeber the number?

and his age might had been 75 at time of his death, and it might have been what lead to confusion at wikia which says he was FL for 75 years erroneously

Well, if Azulon was only Firelord for 23 years before Ozai, and Ozai could not have held the throne for more than 7 - 8 years, perhaps 9 - 10 at a stretch, I think we can safely say that Hama was captured during the reign of Sozin.
I guess the simplest explanation of the timeline as far as the Royal Family goes is:
Sozin: Was in his 60s - 70s when he started the war, and guided the Fire Nation through the first 70 odd years of it, dying in his 140s - 150s (Azula did say he was "ancient", after all). This isn't really so inconcieveable. Avatar has many people in it who seem capable of remaining active at very advanced ages - think Bumi, Guru Phatick, Avatar Kyoshi, etc.
Azulon: Probably born sometime near the start of the war. Ascended to the throne some 30 years before the end of the war.
Ozai: Became Firelord around 7 years before the war ended.

It's hard to tell, but I think Zuko looked fairly young. My estimate would have put him at around 9. Also, there's Azula, who looked very young indeed in that episode - I would have put her at around 7.
