In the end, you just say "its about time", then turn off your tv.

not to mention they made kataang cliche x10 with cheesy dialogue to go along with it. the little ratty 1st graders that a work with could have written that dialogue. Oh and this isn't an attack on kataang more than an attack on the writers. Tsk.

Ya kataang was very obvious which was a reason i dont like it

But then again, it is a kid's show and kids are dumb little shytes when it comes to relationships. So they probably had to make overly obvious. But seriously: BAD BAD WRITING.

bad writing? are you serious? *sigh* i give up.

I know he/she hates the show because zutara didnt happen but i still love the show regardless

i don't hate it! wtf. I'm coming from a writer's aspect only, and from being a writer (well aspiring to say the least) no one in their right mind would make dialogue that ties together 3 season's of devolping a relationship so dry and predictable.

i'm a zutara fan to max, don't get me wrong. but as a realionship like flower and chocolate and meeting under the pier at sunset, it unrealistic. its more realistic as an affair. which is why it would never work on a kid's show.

When the first time I saw Avatar show ( episode TGD season 1) I knew it that avatar is more than TV show for the Kids, so i buy the CD for full season 1 and season 2. From the beginning I am sure that Aang will end up with Katara so I am so exiting to wait the moment when their relationship become more real and life but no...up to final season there is no moment for Aang and Katara. Maybe there is one moment for Aang and katara at the HB but this is not enough and just has been crushed by next moments when katara told Aang about her feeling...and than there are "spark" moment between katara and zuko up to this I though B & M have something else but at the end .*sigh*..

It will be nice and good ( for me..) if there are a lot of moments between Aang and Katara as a progress of their relationship in the season 3 (mostly at the final episode) and I thought it will be the climax of the show when Aang can fulfill his destiny and get the love of his life...

But the end of Avatar ( from my point of view) is not so good. Fr ex. how about the avatar state, so suddenly can be solved by LT so how about the cakra?? and also about katara's feeling from confuse become so suddenly clear at the end w/out any process..

O.k. Her feelings didn't really come out of no where, she just didn't discuss them allowd. it was probably some sort of internal thing. But the dialogue and writing in the last 5 minutes was cliche to the max.

eh, i personally thought the ending was beautiful. They fought this whole time for peace, and they finally got what they deserved.

what are you like my oppisite haha. yeah they fought the whole time and it was all cute, but because it was neatly packaged and all the lose ends were tied up the ribbon on the gift package was curled so nicly, it bubbled over with this sickly sweet cliche quality.

So it's not lettimg me quote you, but anyways-

they still left possibilities like Ursa open, so not all the lose ends were tied up. But i thought the ending was perfect. After everything they had been through and everything they had fought for, I thought it was a perfect ending. But i think we are going to have to agree to disagree on this one.

I agree, I mean I am sucker for a happy, romantic ending, and I would say that Aang and Katara DEFINITELY deserve love at the end...just not with each other, but, since that is way it went, I wish them all the luck my love of Zutara will allow!

I know this so subjective but honestly why there are the moments between zuko and katara, like the B & M want to make e/body happy but to fail...I hope (I got info that there are mini series of avatar) B & M will undo the mistake and make the realtionship between Aang and Katara more real and life so the same with zuko and Mai even I know that Avatar is not romantic story but I can't help myself to see that the romatic parts is the fuel for the this show.

Thank you for being an honest Kataanger! I'm not saying there are more honest Kataangers out there but some refuse to see that there are some glitches to their own pairing. ( i.e: Katara's thought process on how she loves Aang) Both sides (Zutara and Kataang) have faults.

Didnt the book have a more disciptive thing about the avatar state? I loved the ending for Kataang but im still wondering if she really was confused in the ember island players. maybe she wasnt maybe she didnt want to be with aang at the time becase she knew it would distract aang from defeating ozai (too late) but i still think she was unsure but it took her a while to be sure. (according to the book when kataang finally happens thats several months after the firelord is deveated)
