*facepalms* LMAO!! Are you serious? That was them making fun of crazy fandom beliefs and Zutara was the biggest one. Making fun of Zutara is like M & B favorite past time. (And that other stuff you said was just so crazy, I didn't feel the need to respond to it)
If you said so, but can you see how they so accurate about how sokka crazy about the food, katara about the hope, Aang so cracy playing aroung, also about zuko, toph, jet, iroh ..etc....but I agree about making fun but not base on research as they claimed.

Heh, I actually agree, I felt the Aang/Katara part in EIP was completely unnecessary. I would've been perfectly fine with that part if they actually played it up in the finale, but...they didn't. It was dropped like it didn't even happen, so they might as well should've had that scene end with them "officially" becoming a couple or at least had it end somewhat positively.
*sighs* But I'm not one to sit there and b*tch and moan and write over-compensating essays about something like this, so whatever. Kataang was still done beautifully, despite that little hiccup.
And I really haven't a clue how you can say that Zutara made more sense than Kataang. LOL! Yes M & B kept us in limbo for a looong time about Katara's feelings for Aang, but they made it clear as day that Zuko and Katara would've rather made out with hippocows than be with each other. So for what reason other than "both Zuko and Katara are hot" did it make more sense than Kataang? Unless you're just talking about personal opinions and not about what actually happened in the show, if so, just ignore this.
And as for your definition of a crackship, well that fits Zutara perfectly. It never had a chance of happening, so Zutara is a crackship. Please give me one good reason why Zutara isn't a crackship other than because the term hurts your feelings.

Haha, yeah, my post was much longer than I actually wanted it to be. Once I ramble on, I never stop But, yeah, I still thought the Kataang was done nicely. My only complaint was about EIP, but its not that big of a deal.
I guess Zutara could fit into the crackship category, when it comes to the Avatar world, since Mike and Bryan said that they never thought Zutara would work and all that. I normally think of crack ships as those that are really out there, so I never really put Zutara in that category.
Oh, and, with regards to why I thought Zutara would work. It was my personal opinion I knew, especially after BR and EIP that they had no intention of getting together ever. But there's always AU
