But it doesn't matter in the big picture. Kataang is inevitable! That would just have been a little plus.

Edit: Maybe Sokka looked where Katara pointed and then saw the flash of Aang's spirit entering his body and just Katara saw the spirit just flying towards his body? I don't know...

Iroh can see spirits too... He saw Aang while he was in the Spirit world. (NOTE: Katara can't, this isn't a counter argument I thnk)

That why I said it IS NOT A COUNTER!!! Iroh can see ALL spirits, that are in the physical(?) world! Katara can't! So if she was the onlyone in The Siege to see Aang, it would indicate a strong bond... (I DO&DID NOT say love!)
