I would be interested in a prequel series. Maybe one about Roku growing up and mastering the elements. I want to know Roku from the moment he found out he was the avatar, to him mastering the elements, to the beginning of the war, to his death, to Sozin's Comet arriving (Sozin wipes out the Air Nomads). Although we already know a lot about Roku, it would still be interesting. And then after that show would be over, there would be another one about Kyoshi and how she mastered the elements, and when she faces Chin the Conqouror.

they dont really have to show us.

they already showed major eventsw like Chin falling off the cliff.

and Roku mastering all 4 elements.

and 4th season will just ruin the show.

I'm sure the only time we'll ever hear about Azula again is in the mini-episodes (if they exist). I don't think, in the new series, that they should have a specific villain. I want the villain to be in the minds of the people. I would prefer something along the lines of...
A young, Water Tribe girl is the heir to her fathers throne. The whole world has banished benders because of the threat they pose to non benders and people consider them to be "freaks". The girl, let's call her Jane , is a strong believer of that idea. Her family is one of the key players in keeping benders isolated and in prisons (similar to the prisons that Hama was in).
Jane one day discovers that she can bend water. She stumbles across that skill with a Harry Potter esque thing. She was in danger and quickly acted out. Appalled, she tries to bring up the subject with her dad (in a hypothetical case, of course) and he quickly reassures her that anyone found to be a bender, no matter who, would be locked up.
Jane is scared for her life and runs away. On her journey away from home, she meets benders in hiding and learns that they aren't the bad people she's grown to know. Eventually, she changes her beliefs.
It is now Jane's duty to teach the people of the world that the benders aren't bad people.
She plans on making a gathering and showing her father that benders aren't bad, but other plans are made. Some rogue benders in the group decide that, in secrecy, while we're visiting Jane's father they should attack the Water Tribe from the inside and take revenge on the people.
Jane now has to prevent that attack AND show her father that benders can be civilized.
I'm not sure how Jane discovers she's the Avatar, maybe accidentally entering the Avatar state? But yeah. I think that plot would be interesting because the peoples' minds are the real enemy here. There is no Ozai or Fire Nation. There's no specific pin point of a villain. Also, to see her trying to find bending teachers will be fun to watch. I mean, everyone knows her as the daughter of a bender-opposer. Why wouldn't they be scared? So she also has to struggle with that. It's very Zuko-esque, but I think it's different enough to be a god series. Comments?

That sounds like a great idea for a story. Are you planning on making a fanfic?

Maybe, if I get bored enough I'll work on it tomorrow. Ahhahaa. I'm actually a writer, so I guess this idea would be appealing. I'll PM you if I do start it.

I'll PM you if I do start it.

isabel your an aspiring writer too? xD

    yeah writers!!!!

Hmmm, three 16 year old avatards on the same forum who are all aspiring writers.

I'm starting to think that something's up.

Uhm, hell-oh! It's fate. I'm sure Iroh would be proud. I'll send a PM to both of you, and I'd love it if you would critique it. Now I'm sure I'll start it tomorrow, ahahaha. Hopefully I'll be able to focus on the story enough not to get carried away and rush through it. It's SO EASY to do that.

i will most def. read it xD

    ditto.

Nice! I have dedicated readers before I even wrote the story I'll send it to you guys soon. THE 16 CLUB PREVAILS!

If there was a fourth season, it should be about the avatar after Aang(whom if Im correct, will be from the water tribe) 'm pretty sure by then it wouldn't be too hard to find an airbending teacher cuz if Aang and Katara get busy enough then the air nomads should be reborn within a hundred yrs

All of those questions have basically been answered.
    1. Zuko does find his mother because in the last few moments of the show he looked genuinely happy which meant he found Ursa happy and whole. If he couldn't find her, I'm sure it would show.
    2. Zuko admits that it'll be a challenge, but that it's possible. It'll take a lot of hard work and determination but it's within reach. It'll take much longer than one season of Avatar to show what they did to fix the world.
    3. It says on the Nick website she was taken to a mental facility, which is bull. I'm sure that she's locked up somewhere, muttering to herself.
    4. Katara marries Aang. Shocker.
Sorry, no season 4. This series is officially over. They might make another series about a whole new Avatar, but we know for certain it will not be around the gAang. So, everyone, stop saying there will be a season 4. THERE WON'T BE. It has been confirmed so many times it makes my head spin.

Well, technically this was his first post.

But yeah, a fouth season would be justing dragging out and show until it's dry and dead. The same thing happened to Spongebob and Pokemon: Original and good, but went on for too long and began to blow hard.

Well, the second generation of pokemon was even better as the first one in my opinion (and in the opinion of most people at least equal), so maybe a season 4 will be as good or better as 1,2 and 3.

But this petition is for a season for with Aang and the gaang right? And Iroh and OWL?

The story line is done for this particular Avatar. Pokemon can go on forever with new, made up worlds. This series has made it quite clear the Avatar's limitations. It has one problem to deal with, and that problem has been fixed. End of story.

I don't think there is gonna be another season either since it seems Nick is trying to get out of the whole animation business and into more sitcoms like Drake and Josh, icarly, and other shows that are similar. But I would love to see another season myself if they made one.

It doesn't even matter how many times we say it anymore. Some people just don't want to listen.

Those questions would be better answered in the rumored mini-episodes/hour-long movies. If there is a new Book set in the Avatarverse, it will not focus on the current set of characters.
