Isabel and I are the most passionate arguers for the Shyamaln movie turning out to be eppic win, among the most dedicated look-forwarders to the MMO game, and the most confident that the success of the movies will result in a new series. We have more hope than you can poke a stick at.

But we know that there won't be a season 4. Some mini-episodes mabye, but other than that the adventures of the gaang are over. At least on TV. Who knows, Avatar may yet do a Star Wars and develope an Expanded Universe. But that will not be for some time.

maybe you don't know who you're talking to. I've been here why longer than you. I've been though fake Zachs and the unbelieveibly annoying Ice Cream Team. So #1 show your vets some respect. #2 yes I am a positive thinker. I'm not the one going around saying "give it up you guys. If it did happen it would suck." I am just as excited about the movies as you are. I am also excited about the possibility that the creators could change their mind and continue Aang's story. If you don't like the idea, you don't have to post on this board. What a novel idea!

Geez, lighten up a bit. I've been here long enough to remember a time when people could insert some joking bragging and nobody would worry about it. And I've been here for a very long time. I've just been lurking for about 2 years of it. But the fact is that at the end of the finale we saw two words: THE END. The story of the gaang was a good one, but we want another story, a new story.

This thread is for everyone who has an opinion on the idea of a 4th season.

I'm sorry if what I wrote came off as disrespectful. But I think you overreacted, just a bit.

Aw, thanks, Axrendale! We have been the beacons of hope these past few weeks, if I do say so myself. Although we love supporting Avatar, we aren't fools. Bryke said themselves that there would be no Season 4. It makes the most sense to believe them, seeing as the whole entire series was planned from the beginning. All of the loose ends have generally been tied. There would really be no plot line. The Avatar has to deal with one problem in their lifetime and Aang dealt with his. Of course, we can all WOOT CHEER YEAH! for the mini-episodes. But there's no point in being hopeful for a 4th season because it positively won't happen. However, we CAN be hopeful for a new series and the new movies that are coming out. Plus, there's the new games that are soon being released. We aren't giving up hope, we're just being realistic.

It can't be the latter, it's been confirmed that there are NO MORE airbenders left. It's got to either be a repopulation by Aang or a previous Avatar. That's all we've got to work off of.

No season four. Avatar: The Last Airbender is over. There might be another Avatar: (put something here), but until then we're waiting for the three live-action movies, the possible mini-episodes, and the games that are being released soon.
