Info: Born in an?? Earth Kingdom village high in the mountains, which held a well known mineral mind. He was a skilled rock climber and miner. He prefered to climb and dig??naturally rather than rely on his bending. Spent??long periods of??time climbing??up from??the lower levels of the mountain??to the high altitudes, carrying down minerals.??Rexsten once climbed from the very bottom of the mountain to the top in under??4 hours(it's normally an 8 hour climb)??which gave him unprecedented stamina and strength, particularly in his legs.??His father was a former Earth Kingdom soldier but retired and left to the mountians to start a new life. He wasn't a bender but he knew??some of the??art and taught his son as best he could, Ba Sing Tse was the only place that could teach Rexsten but he'd be forced to join the army, something Rexsten's father forbid. So,??Rexsten is mostly self taught in his bending and developed his own style. His lack of a true teacher made him undisciplined in his fighting, and his??aggressive nature defeats the??earthbenders tendency to be more enduring and steadfast????His village came under attack from the??Fire Nation's hot air balloons and mountain climbing tanks. He??fought bravely but couldn't??defeat them singlehanded,??he only managed to stall for enough time for the villagel to escape. It was against the??Fire??Nation balloons Rexsten??displayed his most unique ability*??They retreated back to the capital of Ba Sing Tse. Rexsten's father realized that he was holding his son back and allowed Rexsten to join the army. He quickly excelled through the ranks and became an Elite level bender and soldier. But, his stubbornly aggressive fighting nature prevent him from being recognized as a Master. Rexsten has lead many defenses against the Fire Nation and is currently in Ba Sing Tse on a military leave of sorts.
Abilities: *Able to use his powerful lower body strength and an his earthbending to jump several stories into the air. But, this move leaves him vulnerable since Earthbenders need contact of some sort to earthbend. He uses his earthbending to change the terrain making large pillars for him to jump to.
Notes: Fights mostly hand to hand. Uses his spiked gloves to inflict heavy damage even to an armored opponent. This is street fighter mentality when in battle and intense attacks earned him the nickname "Rex."
