I loved the musical numbers too. I hope there's more in TDR.

Honestly, I'm pretty inclined to believe the rumor about the 3 returning contestants. Mainly because having a season with ALL new contestants just seems like a terrible idea to me. The 12 new characters we've seen definitely aren't the only ones competing, so the rest of the cast is either more new characters or (hopefully) some old ones.

The season is only 13 episodes. The new characters we've seen are definitely the only ones in it.

i dont like musicals but like the songs in tdwt

and the ending did assume that all of the characters died. However i think for the most part it made it seem like heather may have died.

But i dont think the creators would do that.

Killing off contestants would be a little sketchy, don't you think? Even for an animated reality show. Besides, if Ezekial can survive falling into a volcano, then I can assure you that everyone else also survived.

If this wasn't a cartoon, none of the contestants would be alive by now.

Only 13 episodes? Where did you hear that?

Why is the season so short? That has to be false information.

A video saying that Season 4 had 13 episodes and saying that it was a bridge for a season 5 Heroes VS. Villains. Sounds crazy I know, But Chrstian Potenza commented on it saying "You are the official reporter of the DRAMA." So, if he says it's real, there is no going against that.

Very interesting information. I like the idea of TDR being short because it will be just long enough to develop the new characters without depriving fans of the old characters for a full-length season. I'm also very exicted about the Heroes vs. Villians season, because it will apparently have(at least) all 24 of the current contestants compete in it.

Real reality shows don't keep using the same contestants over and over. They have new ones every season.

Okay, after the volcano erupted everything was weird. I mean: It is implied that all the ocntestaqnts die (especially Heather), Chris CHef and Zeke never came back from underwater, so it's implied they drowned, then BLainley must have sunk, dying too, and noone got the million! 3 seasons and the million is destroyed?! AGAIN?!? On a side-note: I though the Alejando Vader scene in the end was great "Haha, spazz", and the GOllum thingy too. But as far as a toon reality goes, the last minutes pushed it a little. STILL GREAT, ]I won't let the last minute to ruin my impression of the season.
i dont think chef and chris drowned because they r at the end of the episode.

There's only so much information we have so far. And I don't think season 5 will have every single contestant, that'd be dumb. Only the ones that still need their plots resolved will come back. And anything about season 5 right now, is probably a rumor. For all we know, it could be another season with newbies.

All we really know about TDR is that there are 13 new contestants at Camp Wawanakwa, and one team is called The Radioactive Rats. We also know that Brian Froud is voicing a character, perhaps hinting an appearance by Harold.

I know, but then the "Total Drama" series ISN'T a real reality show, and that's why I like it so much! Also, who thought "Greece's Pieces" was full of EPIC WIN for Cody, Sierra, Tyler, Heather, and Courtney fans?! I know I thought of it that way! Enough said!

I felt so bad for Gwen though... they all made her cry! But Cody did such a good thing for Gwen. (switches from Gwuncan to Gwody)
