While I still don't believe they will really be getting married, this definitely rises the possibility by quite a bit. I would no longer say it is meerly a 5% chance.

I know many don't like us or the idea in general, but i'm talking to another fan & she is up the roof right now. Even if it is not real, this is what we've been waiting for.

(Mrs. Puff plays "Wedding March" on the organ as Sandy walks down the aisle, she approaches the stage where she meets SpongeBob, the priest, and Patrick as the best man)
Priest: Friends, we have gathered here today to join these two hearts in the bonds of love. (Mr. Krabs and Pearl, along with Plankton and Karen look at each other teary-eyed) SpongeBob, do you take Sandy as your lawfully wedded wife?
SpongeBob: I do.
Priest: And Sandy, do you take SpongeBob as your lawfully wedded husband?
Sandy: And how!
Priest: Well, then, I now pronounce you sponge and squirrel. You may kiss the bride.
(the music starts again, SpongeBob gets out some breath-spray from his pocket and sprays a little in his mouth, he adjusts his bowtie, and puckers up to kiss Sandy, who does the same, but SpongeBob's forehead bumps into her helmet, so they just turn and smile)

Since i've relaxed a little now, got some news!!! To me it is just a play, both the promo & that video are part of that scene, but not as a whole or together. For example, the light doesn't fall down until they are about to kiss & why would a fish (in the promo) say "BOO" during a actual wedding, that's more play like to me. BUT, like i've said to the Spandy community, it's the reactions that everyone was showing or would, that makes this really special (spongebob & sandy, with the "in love eyes" krabs/pearl & plankton/karren looking at each other happily) ALSO, you know spongebob actually likes the idea, when he says in the vent to the others "Remember the time when me & sandy got married?" If you haven't seen the second promo, here it is & you'll see what i mean:

Even though Patrick and Mr. Krabs are both at the wedding, why do they seem so shocked that SpongeBob reminds them of it? Maybe it is a play, and they think he really means it. But you'd think if it was a play, he would just refer to that and not act like it was a real wedding....I guess we can't know for sure.

I just realized something. If it's a play, then what's the play about? And it is kind of unlikely that SpongeBob and Sandy would be referred to by their actual names if they're just supposed to be playing characters. I'm not denying that that's a play, but just those factors confuse me.

Oh yeah, and why would there be stairs in the center of the stage? Usually, they're just on the side.
