    I cant believe she said that review about Spongebob!! there are other shows on Nick like someone on here said that have adult innuendo too. Spongebob actually doesn't have a lot or revolve around that kind of stuff.

    Here's my opinion: There's no substantial proof that Spongebob or any other character is gay. And even if he is, who cares? If you have nothing better to do that watch cartoons and play "who's gay?" Then you yourself have problems far worse than anything they could put on Spongebob.

    No offense, but I'm kind of tired of people picking at little things like that to state whether Spongebob is gay or not. Many other cartoon characters of older generations did the same things just for humor. He's gay in a happy way, but not in that political way.

    heard a sponge being gay, straight or otherwise. What
    difference should it make.Spongebob is a wonderful cartoon
    character ! I think who ever came up with the stupid idea that Spongebob Squarepants was gay has way too much time

    I think many people just say he's gay because they cant stand the character or the show. So they just say stuff like "oh, he's so gay! why does everyone like him?" just read some of the reviews on here. People give the show a bad rating because many people say he's gay, but they should know that has nothing to do with the show.

    Ps: Some people are just so stupid. Just because Spongebob is a happy-go-lucky male, they stereotype and say he's gay in the homosexual sense.

    Besides, I think he likes Sandy. Because in a few episodes it seems like he wants to impress her. They might never get together but at least if they do get together stupid people will stop trying to give proof that he is gay. Even if it means getting Spongebob with Sandy to prove he isn't gay, its fine by me.
