There's an episode missing. There was an episode filmed involving a 'nerd' that Carly 'falls for' and Freddie trying to get someone to live at his house. It was filmed after iLove You.
iLove You might be a two-part episode, or Dan just didn't bother telling everyone the title of this 5th episode.

Here's an updated, (partilly assumed) production list:
#401 iDate Sam & Freddie *^
#402 iLost My Mind *^

#405 Unknown title/Carly's boyfriend**
#406-iMeet the First Lady**
#407-#408 iStill psycho (definitely 2 numbers)
#409-This week
#410-iBloop 2***
#411-#413 iTake a Cruiser (supposed to be 3 numbers)****

*- 402. iLMM takes places and will air before iDSAF
** iMTFL and 405 will possibly be combined into a 2-parter.
*** iBloop 2 will likely be filmed next since Miranda is going on tour. This way, the rest of the cast will do the blooper episode.
**** 411-413 will likely be filmed at a later time. They could also be 501-503, if season 5 were to have 16 episodes, carrying over these last 3 from season 4b.
I put iTake a Crusier up there because it is 3- parter supposedly, and this would be the perfect time to film. But, this is all speculation, none confirmed.

| They filmed 409 and 410 last week. (we know this because of casting calls). That means they will either film iBloop as 411 later, or iBloop was 409 and 410 was a real episode. Anyway, those last 3 will either be filmed later or as part of season 5. |
