That means if we say some episodes sucks, we're saying their 9 months of work sucks. Hahaha... |

The show doesn't need more than three seasons, anyway. The next one will be the book of Fire, and we''ll all see the Day of Black Sun, when the Fire Nation comes crashing down and Ozai topples from his throne. Hopefully, Aang will manage to unlock his Thought Chakra by then.
ya know the irony about this though... it might take 1 mil per episode for an animation flick... but remember that those "Friends" stars were making 1 mil per episode for salary, that didn't include overhead costs
With that said, I would say Nick is getting a much better deal than some would think and my kudos to the writers/creators for producing such a great show on what appears to be a very minimal budget compared to what the "live" people get for putting out the crap they do.

Has anyone heard the saying "You get what you pay for?" I'd say 1 mil per eppy is pretty sweet! Luckily, it's a very well-written show, otherwise all the money in the world couldn't save it. I'm sure Nick is getting many happy returns on their 1 million per episode pricetag with advertising, tie-ins, etc. etc. |
You make a good point.
