True, I would like it if Harry/Draco happened- no, Sirius/Remus, but alas, it did not (stupid Tonks ruining our yaoi) ahem. But its shipping- SHIPPING, no logic is required, no canonical evidence or logical thinking is needed, if people think two people would be good together, then by all means those two shall be shipped.
Personally, I think Zutara would have made a romantic and interesting (if not typical) romance, but it hasn't happened and it won't happen (and I don't like Zuatara anyway).
But like Bella/Jacob, Sirius/Remus, and much-much more, those relationships did not and/or will not happen. People will still write fan fics, draw pictures, and adore these ships because they love them.
But there are those people who know the truth and others who still believe that Hermione will cheat on... her husband and be with Draco.
