1. I think the NYCC trailer put all that hatred to rest. I mean, they HUG!
2. The ONLY feelings I have EVER seen Katara show for Aang are MOTHERLY feelings. Not once did I see her treat him otherwise.

4. So?! Sokka kissed Yue and he's with Suki!
5. 0 hints? Have you been watching the same show I have?
6. That part is a VERY HUGE shipping part, and to claim it isn't is just dumb. I mean, Katara really had to care enough to heal Zuko's scar. Yeah, she forgave him, but that couldn't have been the only motive. She forgave Jet, too, and you didn't see her whipping out her magic water for him.
7. Zuko is a powerful bender, too, duh. And that really dosn't just mean Aang or Zuko. I mean, Toph is a powerful bender. Maybe she'll marry Toph!
8. No, they haven't. In a commentary on their DVD, they even said it was "great". Don't believe me? Look it up.
9. Yeah, and they also planned on Toph being a huge, body builder. A GUY body builder on top of that. Things change.
10. Yes, she did. That's why I acknowledge the fact Kataang has potentional. But you also have to take into account that right after that kiss NOTHING happened between them. They went right on being the cuddly cutesy friends they were before.

1. Right. And Katara has never hugged anybody else before. Not Sokka, not her dad, and DEFINITELY not Aang.
2. Uh huh. Remember CoTL? She wanted to kiss him. And she was BLUSHING. That's normal for a mom all right.
3. He only "dumped" her because he wanted to protect her. Which means he still loves her. And she sure as hell still loves him.
4. Yeah. . . Yue's dead. Aang's not.
5. Yes, we have. Trust us.
6. She didn't use it on Jet because the story called for her to use it on Aang. Not Zuko. Aang.
7. I challenge you to find a more powerful bender than the Avatar.
8. The creators have specifically said Kataang is the backbone of the show. "Backbone" > "Great".
9. Character designs are something liable to change. The extremely plot-relevant relationship between the two main characters is not.
10. Because if something did happen right after that, shippers would have no further reason to watch the show.

But can't we just all agree that Zutara has it's good points and it has its bad point? And Kataang has its good points and bad points?
I hate that the fandom is being torn a part about who Katara screws. She's a fourteen-year-old cartoon character for Christ's sake! Don't ruin the show for yourself!
zutara is a nice couple but katanng just takes the cake.
