Was it me, or did Aang look like he was trapped in a Fruit Roll-up of fire?

I nearly choked on laughter at the part where "Toph" did the sonar thing. And her reaction was completely unexpected. xD

Guys slow down. I just left to read new comments on my blog and I come back to see 20 more posts.
And btw, I would say that though I'm a Kataanger, I agree with Katara. Though she possibly likes Aang back, she knows he needs to defeat Ozai first. He was being too desperate. When he forced the kiss I'm suprised he didn't grab her and yell "BE WITH ME PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I think the better episode to have Kataang is the end of Sozin's Comet, if they save the world.
Honestly, I'm very mad at Katara right now. She didn't handle that the right way. I probably would've handled it that way, but that doesn't make it okay. She really hurt Aang, and the way she stormed out must've given Aang false emotions. Or, I hope they're false.
She has clearly been confused since the Day of Black Sun. Confusion is a common emotion early on in a relationship and I'm glad the creators put it in. Just having Katara say "I love you too" would be WAY to easy.

Ahhh now that you mention it...
And I love how the epic bending fights were just Color-Guard-esque ribbon battles.

It is what I thought it would be, a set up to the finale, like NM&DD set up Day Of Black Sun.

I knew they were going to make Toph a man in the play because she was suppose to be a boy originally, another inside reference just like in the previous episode of naming Sokka and Katara's mother Kya. Sokka writing jokes for himself, that is typical Sokka.

Now as for Aang, being potrayed as a woman, being nutered romanticly by the play, and having to see a grim future. At least didn't have to see the part when Azula killed him temperarly.

The ending is just like the last episode in that it sets up the finale and reminds us, the final battle is coming. First with Zuko asking Aang what he is going to do when he faces Ozai, and now having to see a future of him failing again.

The audiance scares me, what people would think of someone like Ozai and Azula as heros? We got a lot work to do post war opening the FN people's minds.

Probably best part of the episode. God, that made me cry with laughter. That was so funny!
Y'know, I find it rather odd that she didn't mind being a man. XD

I know it was very funny, but wierd that she was ok with her being portrayed as a guy. Expecially how they made her have to yell to be able to see.

Hm, that's true. I still don't like Katara. I hope she dies at the hand of Ozai =D

I loved the part where the little boy dressed up as aang told Zuko his scar was on the wrong side and LMAO when azula pointed and said "Zuko, look it's your honor" and everyone turned around and Azula escaped.

About the anti-Kataang moment, anyone remember in the episode "the Fortune Teller" where the fortune teller predicted that Katara would marry a powerful bender so I still think she's going to be with Aang but that fortune could point to Zuko too, so Im not really sure. Im not rooting for any one these relationships but Im just pointing it out

True. I've read waaaaaay too many fanfictions that butcher the confession scene. Glad that the creators decided to make it a lot more believeable.

The whole entire show has been leading up to a Kataang ending. But recently, that relationship seems to be diminishing. Wahhh!

Episode sucked they could have at least trashed the place!

No bending at all in there no action it was just a boring play

a bit funny yea but still boring

Oh come on. Is that all you watch Avatar for? Action? Yeah, action's a nice addition, but it's not what really makes the show. Even if they did trash the place, it'd just be The Beach over again. The point of the episode was to be funny, to get Aang and Zuko ticked off, and to get shipping kick-started again before Katara's "decision"(Not that TSR didn't help a little). Besides, many of the best episodes barely had action in them either.
I agree. If you only watch the series for action, then you aren't getting the full potential of this show.

    Thank you.
