Rate the finale! How was it?

    well it wasnt cut short. the reason ATLA cant go on like spongebob is because spongebob has no plot ATLA does, and you have to understand that making avatar go on continuously for years may not have the result you are looking for because the plot would need to be spread extremely thin making avatar no different than other anime shows, it would be never ending.

    Understandably everyone is miserable on this forum because we are avatards and therefore we mourn for our favorite show's loss.

    There will be no book 4 as confirmed by bryke, as for anything. If there is going to be more Avatar i reccomend waiting till the 26th all your questions will be answered at the SDCC
    Didn't think about the whole plot thing.... And I am anxiously awaiting news from SDCC. Who knows maybe there will be another Avatar series. Every interview I've read said that it was the end of Aang's and Zuko's "story arc" and the creators are working on "another incarnation of the character..." Who knows what will happen but I'm sure Saturday will yield some news...

    You don't mean they'll kill off Aang and base the story around a new avatar! *sniff* =Y^Y=



    I think maybe what they mean by story arc is that Aang's and Zuko's adventures are over but we get to see someone else during the time in which they "rule". The whole new incarnation of the character might mean a new avatar...

    Something tells me that they mite bring something new to the table like duelbending. A consept I created for fanficitons. Basiclly a person can bend two elements and there are more than one duelbenders. But thats just me I don't know

    I heard that too. I don't think they're killing off Aang, I think they are just re-starting the series with a new group of characters. Sadly. Right now the show how such great characters.

    I believe that Bryke have already stated that there's no duelbending. I mean they could change their minds but...

    Exactly. Maybe they could include them in the new series or something. I just think that the end of a "story arc" and a new "incarnation of the character" is a hint saying " HEY EVERYBODY CALM DOWN ! WE'RE JUST MAKING SOME NEW PEOPLE!"

    Every time I get a good Idia for fan fictions someone else aready comes up with it. *sigh* It's a vicous ciycle...

    god, fanfics. I remember that stage of my life. It's hard to find a good fanfic because they all suck, clich?? to the max, an horrible plots with these convientent OC's that are just so freaking perfectly imperfect and so deep for no apparent reason. Leave writing to the writer's =/

    as zuko was falling he failed his arms and let out what lightning he could, otherwise he prolly would have died. (you can see as he falls towards the right of the screen just before the lightning shoots into the sky)
