I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I don't have time to go through 152 pages of forum.
1. Was there a full moon when Katara bloodbended the leader of the Southern Raiders?
2. Why did Jun (sp?) say Aang didn't exist when the gang wanted the mole creature (Shir-shu?) to track Aang by his scent? Thanks!

Could sell it...
Regardless, the point is, the turtle felt like the creators were trying to allow Aang to do what he wanted to do (not kill Ozai) while doing what he had to do (defeat Ozai), two things which should have been mutually exclusive (you can't have them both). But they made it so that he could do everything, and lost really nothing. The last episode was all about Aang's gain, and everything in his life coming together. He defeated Ozai, Keitara really did love him, the balance was semi-fixed.
That's another thing that bothered me. The whole thing about Keitara not being sure about really loving Aang really didn't resolve, it just fixed itself, and Keitara came back. I felt at least there should have been something explaining that. That's what Keitara and Zuko should have done when they went away.
I don't know if anyone has talking about this but i'm not going throw over 150 pages to find out.
Anyone else hate that cookie cutter, cliche, last 5 minuetes? God, way to take the lazy way out, because they managed to resolve all of the shows in depth issues, spaning over many season, into one little short sweet package. Those last 5 minuetes felt like the writing of 7th grade fan in a creative writing class. Don't yell at me, lol, just saying =]

Awesome!!! Thank you very much!
But everything wasn't resolved, it was acknowledged that the FireLord & Avatar still have plenty of work to do before restoring honour to the Fire Nation and restoring the balance of the world.
I suppose, but that again, seemed really cliche, and they said that so it wouldn't seem like a "happily ever after" story. I mean, all of the issues spaninng across the show were resolved. Like really big, in-depth issues.

Katara has the abailty to bend blood in people bodies (because it's liquid I guess) and control their actions, physically. |

I don't agree, solely because it was purely Avatar. Any other show and I might have been disappointed. But it was just right for this particular one. I have absolutely no criticism to the finale other than the fact that I think Toph should've died. |

Why should she have died?

;( you WANTED TOPH TO DIE!!!!!!! Omg, I'm gonna cry. Sokka and Toph bring the humor to the show and why would wish her to die?? What about that jerk Katara?? |

What did you want her to do? Start controlling Azula and make her knock herself out? |
No, that would be pretty awful.
I don't have anything specific in mind, it's just that the ending of "The Puppetmaster" made it seem like a really important thing that Katara had learned to bloodbend, and "The Southern Raiders" showed that she'd use it despite herself if she were angry enough, and then...nothing.
