Azula is still a far better firebender than Zuko, just because he found a new source of firebending, doesn't mean he's a master. He's powerful, no doubt. But Azula still had years of training and discipline, as well as her intensified fire blasts. Azula can also generate lightning, and Zuko has not yet been seen being able to generate lightning. The fight in Boiling Rock couldn't tell much, it was too short and the fighting space was too narrow. Perhaps in the finale, Zuko and Azula will go head on and have an Agni Kai. Once again, people seem to think just because Zuko found a new inner drive he is master. Only time will tell.

he fought with azula and evenly mached aang and katara and so did azula

There's not enough proof to tell if he is a master or not. Being powerful doesn't necessarily mean you're a master. We need to see more to make a choice.

Read my posts I never denied that Zhao isn't a master, I just don't think he should be considered one. And I've also stated that when Zuko faced him in the agni kai he didn't use mastery of firebending to do so, he used his knowledge of proper firebending, now while that is good it can't be considered mastery.

Being a master at waterbending is different from being a master at firebending. They aren't the same thing therefore they can't be judged as if they were. That's like saying if a person who practices Taekwondo defeats a master of karate he is by default a master of Taekwondo.

The match in the Boiling Rock if you watch they are both holding back so you can't really judge.

That doesn't make much sense. I'm not trying to offend you or anything. But it just doesn't make sense. You fight a master swordsman, he is holding back. You both are evenly matched. Therefore you are a master.

Airbenders become masters after they learn so many techniques. The same principle applies to many forms of marital arts. So I'm guessing the same holds true to firebending. Is Zuko skilled? Yes. Does he know enough techniques to be considered a master? Maybe not quite yet. Does one need to be a master in Northern Shaolin to beat a Shaolin master? No....but it helps.

Read my post that I made, and make a cohesive argument.

That's only some of it, I could go into more depth but you haven't provided much of an opposition.

Please read what he says, a WATERBENDING master is different from a FIREBENDING master. So they are JUDGED differently.

NO that's not what I'm saying, but it's two different styles therefore you can't judge them in the same category. You can't always think in black and white.

And when he went against the Aang, Aang wasn't using his true potential though I admit he did show how powerful Zuko became. Aang was going harder against Azula in that episode, he was playing more on the defensive side against Zuko. And you're making it seem as though he went against both of them at the same time, when Azula was actually there to help him.

I never said Zuko was holding back, I said Aang was playing more defensively against him.

I also said that Zuko was very powerful in that match but that doesn't equal master.

Read my posts, I didn't say he didn't use offense I said he was more defensive. And how does Zuko fighting Aang make him a master?
