    im trying to do my sig from photobucket...but its not working which of the 4 do i use?

    I've never understood why Aang has the arrows on his head. I know he's the avatar blah blah blah. But he didn't know he was, so wouldn't that be a giveaway? And if it was a normal thing, why didn't the other monks have them? AND none of the previous avatar's had arrows. I'm so confused. I love the arrows, I just don't get them.

    The arrows are nothing to do with being the Avatar, they're to do with being an airbender. All of the elder monks had arrows, because the arrows are a symbol that he's mastered airbending. Every master of airbending has an arrow.

    They have, but it's more of an Air Nomad culture. So even if Roku mastered airbending, him not being an Air Nomad he would not get the tattoos.

    I think you misunderstood. All I said was that the arrows wasn't an Avatar thing, but an Air Nomad thing. Avatars still mastered airbending.

    Air nomads- Flying Bison

    Water tribe- uh ...uh..????

    And don't tell me its that lil penquin no self respecting Avatar would walk around w/ a 4 flippered penquin lol

    What about that large sea serpent in The Serpent's Pass? It can be disputed if it was spitting water or waterbending, but I'd say they'd make a good animal guild for traversing over large bodies of water.
