    Kya is Katara's mother's name, taken from the fact that she was called Kya in the pilot.

    You heard right, but Hakoda was referring to Katara's mom, who's name is Kya.

    I have a quick question...

    I'm not going to be hoem tonight because i promised my friends we were going to go out, so i can't watch the final episode!!! I was wondering if anyone knows when its going to air on nick again. I really don't want to watch the final online, but i will if i have too i guess

    There's an encore showing on Nicktoons tomorrow if that helps.

    If not, the DVD comes out on the 29th.

    I've got a question. What happened to the other prisoners like Bato and Pipsqueak? Were they not held at the Boiling Rock?

    Hakoda said in the Boiling Rock 'the others are being held in a prison near the Fire Nation palace, they singled me out as their leader and sent me here'.

    The prison they refer to is probably the one Iroh was in.

    it was said in the boiling rock that the group singled out hakodo as their leader and he was taken to the boiling rock. all the other are in another prison near the fire nation palace.

    on 4ums we dont us txtspk, we use proper english for future refernece.

    And to answer your question, I don't know about live stream, but there'll be loads of torrents and youtube links by tomorrow, that's what I'm using (same situation as you).

    Yeahh. They said they might make a new show involving the avatar world but this is the end for these characters.

    Okay thanks. I was just wondering because no guide or preview came outright & said it was the series finale. I'm bummed because Zuko and Suki are in the gang now, but we won't really have time to enjoy them

    I know the show is called "The Last Airbender", but i just can't truly believe that every other Air Nomad is gone. I just highly doubt that (Avatar or not) the Fire Nation would waste valuable time and resources with making sure every Air Nomad was dead. Resources that could have been used to attack the Water Tribe and Earth Kingdom (the 2 nations that will actually fight them). And lets face the Fire Nation attack forces aren't all that efficient (I mean, gather every powerful Earthbender they caught in one location? Trying to fight water with fire, are you serious!? And lets not forget hunting Dragons, the very creatures that gave them their power!). So what i'm saying, is that in my opinion, there should be at least a select few Airbenders that escaped the attack. And before you pull the "Last Airbender" card on me, may i remind those who watch "Ben 10" that the number of Aliens far exceeds 10. So subtitles do not always stay accurate.

    just wondering, the sozins comet movie is being sold as a 2 hour movie event, roughly the episodes are around 22minutes each, so 4x22 is 88, around one hour and a half
    does this mean there will be 30 minutes of breaks and adverts? jesus, thats loads! really hope the episodes are slightly longer? and the breaks are slightly fewer?

    Every episode is roughly 24 minutes, making for an apprx. 96 minute airing time.

    But you're right, that does mean a lot of advert breaks.
