Nickelodeon (ended 2008)
I just have a question about the northern water tribe and more. I wonder will they help in the final attack of the fire nation. they were absent in the black sun siege. It would be nice to see more waterbenders in action before the show goes off for good. I also just wanted to see if the northern water tribe would withstand an attack from FN airships. They would lead an invasion from the sky and on the ground. It would bring the world's last resistance to and end and the FN would rule.
What do you think?

I don't think that we are going to see another big attack on the Fire Nation again, I think it will just be the gang trying to take out the fire lord.

Gaoling. There is a lot of info on Nick.com - I know it's strange, Nick careing about Avatar????
Hey, I have a theory....
What if the Fire Nation colonies rebelled? The Fire Nation hates the colonists... maybe if one of them returned to the homeland and discoverd how much their hated, the person would go back to the colonies and rally everyone against the Fire Nation. Even better, someone from the Earth Kingdom or the Water Tribe could pretend to be colonial and tell everyone how badly he was treated. The Fire Nation would then be fighting two wars, one of them being with themselves, halving their resources. The Earth Kindom would take back the colonies while their busy fighting the Fire Nation and the Water Tribe could launch an attack during the full moon. It's been done a million times in history, and I think it would be a more strategic way of winning the war than just "defeating the firelord". Even if a new one, like Iroh, were to take the Fire Lord's spot, there would still be corruption among the people. By starting a civil war, it would cripple the Fire Nation so that they wouldn't be able to do anything even if it was still corrupted.
This would never happen on the show, but it would be awesome if it did.

Yeah... like I said, it would be freakin epic if that's the way it happend... You'd have to add a whole 'nother season though to be able to pull something like that.
does sozin's comet ruin the ending of avatar?

I just have a few questions.
-In order to Waterbend, you need water. In order to Earthbend, you need Earth. In order to airbend, you need air(but air is everywhere). However, fire is made from your body. How is it possible that only fire can come from your body and not the other 3 elements?
-How is the Combustion Man able to shoot fire out his brain?
-In the Puppetmaster,Hama said it took her years to master Bloodbending. However,Katara learned right away. While in season 1, we see that she can't do some waterbending moves that she was practicing for a while(such as the ones Aang was able to do).How did she learn bloodbending so fast?
-What year does this show take place?
That is all
I'll take a few wacks at it, without copin' out with the tl;dr, unlike our ol' friend Tom. No offense, buddy.

However, fire is made from your body. How is it possible that only fire can come from your body and not the other 3 elements?Think of it more as being the antithesis to water than to the other two elements. Water must have a source, though that's the same with Earth, but there's very few places where you won't find solid ground and it's very hard to remove an Earthbender from the earth. Water is extremely easy take away from a bender, which is the opposite from fire which is readily available to Firebenders. And on another note, Airbenders can blow and create in much the same way Firebenders can. Heck, alot of Airbender moves are similar to Firebender ones. Like the moves Aang and Zuko use against each other in "Bato of the Water Tribe"
The Nick site says he superheats the air by releasing chi from his forehead, which just so happens to be a chakra point (the light chakra). And we've also seen that he has to take a deep breathe to do it, which fits the ol' explaination of "Power in Firebending comes from the breath..." Firebenders have controlled heat before, so it's only a matter of stretching your imagination to allow for someone to control heat so much they could create big explosions. And then release it through your forehead. Not that big a stretch, IMO.
-What year does this show take place? That's nearly impossible to tell, because you have feudal era Japan using Iron Age America ironclad ships, attacking Lord knows when Water Tribe Inuits and the Great Wall era looking, China influenced Earth Kingdom. Not to mention the Buddhist monk looking Air Nomads. That is all |
