Can anyone please tell me how to resize a picture abtained from the internet so that it will fit in my icon box and actually show up when I upload it from my computer? I'm going crazy trying to figure it out! I don't have photoshop, just paint.

I use Paint all the time. To create a custom icon, go to Image then Attributes. To resize an icon is more difficult without doing math. Go to Image, Stretch/Skew, and type in how much percentage-wise you want to stretch (or shrink) a picture. Make sure to keep the ratios of the picture in question a close to equal as possible if not a square picture.

I've tried this already and the picture won't show up when I upload it. (and no, its not because its too big)

Soo, now PD is gone, we don't have any real Editor here anymore, right? Do we leave it this way? Or is someone going to contact TV.com? I mean, it'll become a real mess when nothing gets locked/punished anymore. Altough they'd close all fun topics I guess.

that is not "that important" since I think any mod or administrator can do that, most important thing is that they are the main people that accept or doesn't accept contributions to the episodes

Ok so I was just wondering if the reincarnation cycle was broken. I mean, technically Aang died in the Avatar state. I know he was brought back to life and all of that but I'm pretty sure that Roku said, "If you are killed in the Avatar State, the reincarnation cycle will be broken and the Avatar will cease to exist." So I'm curious if anyone really knows. Or if anyone has any theories. That would explain how the serious would end...just because there would be no more Avatar after Aang. (If this question was already asked...my bad. There are a ton of pages to look through and I don't have THAT MUCH free time. XD)

    BTW

the main things to look at for the specific answers you are seeking for, are Aang's talk to Yue(intro) and Yancheng(last part), but it will be very revealing also to look at Aang's talks to Roku, Kyoshi and Kuruk

i have to say that they all suck. its too short to be an RPG and its too crappy to be a beat-em-up

i recommend to wait until someone realises this and makes a better game

i have a couple of questions (i know right!)
    1. we all know nickelodeon make movies sometimes (e.g. rugrats or that new movie coming out), does nick productions have anything to do with the avatar LA movies?
    2. considering scripting, casting, rehearsals, filming, post production and anything i've missed out, when can we expect the first LA movie to come out? 3. and if we assume filming for #2 will happen during #1, and #3 during #2, when can we expect the subsequent 2nd and 3rd movies? (assuming #1 is successful enough to merit 2 sequels)

this sucks...again... my questions gets ignored...again...

Okay... that's awkward, I mean for the "episodes" section on this site, it has a recap on it.

Anyways, so it's aired in Canada, but not in US? That's really, really wierd.

    ----------------
    M. Night Shyamalan and Paramount are planning their own "Avatar" project, based on the popular Nickelodeon kids TV series.

The filmmaker has inked a three-picture deal with Paramount's MTV Films and Nick Movies to adapt animated kiddie skein "Avatar: The Last Airbender" for the bigscreen. He will write, direct and produce the potential kids franchise.

    Film version will be live-action.
    ---------------------------------------

I googled searched everything I could to find if they started the project already, and there has not been anything about that, so I am have to do a wild guess, also considering the strike, and say that the earliest film would come out is early 2010, maybe 2011, and depending on how they do it(one movie at a time, or all 3 at same time), it can be one per year (as LOTR did)or about every 1.5 yrs as it has become harry potter films lately

what if i told you there was a rumor that production would begin in mid '08? because i don't think 2010 sounds reasonable. but thanks for the answers, let's hope nick has minimal influence on the movie!
