OFFICIAL Shipping AFTER BR thread *SPOILERS!, don't enter if u haven't seen BR

now that we saw Boiling Rock, what u think of Zutara?

    I don't think Ty Lee and Mai will have any real interaction with the gaang until the very end (when Ozai is defeated and there is peace). I think they will help with ending the war and taking out Azula in their own way, but not actually become involved with what the gaang is doing.

    agreed. i dont think we're going to see those two until the very last epilogue part of the finale.

    and i personally think maiko has a chance still, though not till the end. im a rare person who ships maiko and zutara. though i think maiko has more of a possibility happening, i think zutara still has a shot. in the end i just want zuko to be happy, if anyone, he deserves it. (but he did say himself that he's never happy).

    oh, and was anyone else let down with ty lee's part in ssn3. she's only in two episodes (mentioned in one other), has a few lines, and only one semi-cool fight scene. i was kinda hoping for her to show up in the finale to kick some major a$$. well, theres still a chance, very small, but still there

    1. If she isn't his friend, at least, after he saved Hakoda, she needs a good backhanding. As for that other stuff, the way you worded it, EWWWW. +

    2. True, but how many people know? The whole FN would have known if she left when Zuko did, but for betraying Azula at the BR isn't as big of an event. Sigh, I suppose that I'm splitting hairs over this. Still, I doubt she'll have anymore screen time and will probably have an off-screen death since her uncle will no longer be the warden, since he let Zuko escape.

    3. Sure, I guess so.

    I think that SRS (that's right SR is not good enough, Southern Raiders will be known as SRS) will be a more deciding factor over the future of Zuko and Katara. Jun will probably make a crack about Katara being Zuzu's girlfriend. How they react will be interesting.

    +I have nothing against homosexuals, just the idea of a 16 yearold having sex with a twelve or fourteen yearold of either gender.

    Let it be known, that after watching this episode, my belief in zutara is now more than substantial than ever. I genuinely believe that maiko has now come to a close. Though I believe a friendship between Mai and Zuko is inevitable.

    Yes, they've obviously just broken up. Zuko's going to be a total prick and leave the girl who sacrificed so much for him and steal Aang's woman. A girl he shows no interest in, and vice versa.

    I can't believe people are still going on with the whole Zutara thing, I mean come on, just let it die already.

    I love these episodes, who knew Mai was such a badass.

    And seriously if Zuko cheat on her, wow, what a low blow that would be.

    For all you Maiko believers, note that when asked "Who was that?" , niether said "That's my boyfriend/girlfriend."

    Zuko said "Mai."

    And Mai said "That's the boy who dumped me."

    "Dumped Me."

    Girls are crazy bastards (no offence to those present) and often will love you even after you screw up and do you a favor, but by god. whatever you did, they will never, ever let you take them out on a date AGAIN!

    I believe Maiko went through a similar experience.

    Anywho... if the Boiling Rock = Maiko, it would also imply Ty Lokka.

    Ty Lee did betray Azula... and not just for the hell of it... and she was looking all sad at Sokka.

    Personally i dont get why ppl still believe in Zutara either... Im a kataanger..but anyway to me it isnt going to happen because in an article i read Mike and Bryan never even thought of tha fact that they were going to get together. N also n the article is said tht they basically had everything planned from the start. So tht should tell u tht it is MOST LIKELY not going to happen. Like they also said tht they didnt kno how ppl came up wit tha whole Zutara thing....like there is like a 1% chance tht they might like each other (more than a frend) but i dont think it is going to happen. Plus they wouldnt let aang's heart be broken n 2.

    Also Maiko is not over. Just because Mai is sarcastic doesnt mean what she said wasnt true. Like seriously, what gurl would lie bout tht. And she said tht she loved him more than she is scared of Azula...and she did stand up to her and help save Zuko and the gang. So i dont think she was lieing. Like tht seriously has to take some guts to stand up to azula

    Ty Lee stopped Azula because she didn't want Mai to die. Ty Lee didn't do squat to stop the gondola Sokka was on from falling.

    And Mai's already forgiven him once before in The Beach, and they started dating again.

    Srsly, I once got into this trap. Me and my girlfriend went through an event that kinda made her pissed as hell at me. We sorta kinda made up, but as far as me and her dating went, it was over.

    Mai and Zuko are going through the same thing.

    Somehow I think Kataang has to happen because Aang's heart can't be broken! He has lost sooooooooo much already.

    However he needs the Avatar State to defeat the Fire Lord.

    But again- for him to master the Avatar State, he has to let go of all earthly attachments (Katara).

    It is really confusing...

    First of all...we dont kno excatly what happens before or after the picture. So u cant base your whole judgement one screenshot in a TRAILER!!! I think she is hugging Zuko because he helped save her dad...think about...one picture does not based a whole judgement that Zuko dissed her.

    Like if u had a boyfrend. You can still hug one of your otha guy frends and u arent dissing your bf...tha other guy might be a really close frend you hang out wit or someone who did something nice fo u (like save yo father)

    now im not saying tht is what tha pic is saying im jus saying that u can make a statement with jus a picture from a trailer tht is suppose to make you think what might happen which ends up being completely diff.

    I'm not sure I follow why Maiko wouldn't happen. She loves him enough to sacrifice everything and betray Azula. And Zuko still loves her, so much he would rather let her go than see her get hurt for him. But because they stopped dating for a while, the ship can now never happen?

    And if you want to get into a shipping picture war, Zutara isn't going to win.

    earthly attachments jus meanss that he has to learn to be able to let her go.....tht doesnt mean he has to let go his feelings for her...jif tht wus tha case then Avatar Roku wouldnt have gotten married...he mastered tha avatar state yet he still loved he true love all the same...it is jus tht he knos that there are times that he cant also think about her.....thts all
