Actually, just watched the Earth King ep again, and ralised theres more in ZUkos Dream that does connect to the rumors and speculation. We know that the scene with Zuko as Firelord mirrored the converstaion with Iroh and Azula in CoD ep (along with the image of ZUko as FL probably be scene at end of show), but directly afterwards we see an image of Ursa asking ZUko for help which connects to the rumor that ZUko is searching for his mother, also we see FL zuko get engulfed in darkness prejaps symbolizing him giving up the destiny that FN gave him, and then we see Zuko awake and see himself as Aang suggesting their destinies are intertwined and hes destined to join him. THis also could represent the order of events; first the "apparent" joining with Azula, then searching for mum that ends with FL destiny finishing (finds truth of what happened to mother), and then he joins Aang

Zuko joining the GAang would really destroy a lot of his character to me.

Zuko412, when i say join Aang i dont mean join the Gaang, i mean he'll join his cause, they'll probably only join up near end of the Season before or during the final fight

I would like only Aang and Zuko to end up fighting the Fire Lord. Like he keeps journeying on the Palace and somehow everybody else gets distracted or something and then he enters the Throne Room and Zuko enters the place somehow and they both fight the Fire Lord.

ZUko is a solitary character true, but he will work on his leadership skills and teamwork if the rumor that they (Zuko and Possible Iroh) join a Secret Society is true. Zukos already show he is adept at fighting in a team; Aang when freeing him from Zhao and also Jet and co. Its bcause he needs this process to be gradule so as not to compromise his character that the teaming up/ working with Gaang wont be till end.

Possible, seeing as they are playing it as a tv movie, we would see more of the inter-group probs with Zuko now joined, but that might feel too forced and might prehaps be better if they did it further along where they can do the jokes and probs without prolonging it for the other half of the season. But im sure the Makers will make it work either way

It would destroy his character to me because one of the things I love about the second season is that it almost always mirrored Aang and Zuko's stories. Despite Zuko's story topping Aang's by miles almost every time, it still gave each of them just about equal screentime.
