so anyone won think a total epic battle would be so awesome!!!
of course. OH how about in the finale before the gaang invades the palace, they meet up with poeple from they other tribes that they are (somewhat) close to. like, Katara-Pakku, Sokka-Hakoda, Zuko-iroh, and I don't know about Aang and Toph though.
    oh yes

yeh, it owuld be awesome. btw, aang could have the guru, and maybe toph could beocme good mates with fellow earthebender bumi. or they could just both have bumi.

    Aang-Patik, Toph-Bumi, sounds good.
    yeah it does

Ok I am starting a new thread for season 3 speculation because I felt the other thread had too many off-topic posts. Please only post in this thread if you have opinions/theories about season 3, not to tell how your day was or what you're doing next weekend. This forum is for Avatar: The Last Airbender discussion, with the exception of the Off-topic thread (where all non-Avatar related posts should be placed). Please help keep it that way.

Here's some of the stuff we know so far about season 3:

    Episode 3.01: The Awakening
    Episode 3.02: The Headband
    Episode 3.03: The Painted Lady
    Episode 3.04: Sokka's Master
    Episode 3.05: The Beach
    • The characters will get new hair/outfits this season
    • In the Fire Nation propaganda is everywhere

Season is likely to premiere in the fall of 2007, though no official date has been released at this time. Please do not post here or make new threads asking about when the season will premiere, because nobody knows for sure at this point.
and there is no proof to his info and thats why this is the speculation thread

With 63 pages of speculation, someone else has probably already said what I'm going to say. Just in case they haven't, I have a feeling that Zuko's return to the Fire Nation side is just a plan made between him and Iroh. Zuko was given the chance to stay behind enemy lines whereas if he had tried to go with the gaang he wouldn't have been trusted as easily. If the only two people in the catacombs at the time were Zuko and Iroh, but Zuko had betrayed the immobilized Iroh, how did he get free to act as a diversion for Katara and Aang? To me it just seems as if it had been planned.

At the end of the series, I can see at least two huge battles coming up. Besides a fight between Aang and Ozai, I can see Zuko battling Azula to put an end to their rivalry.

Just like in The Avatar State

This is off topic, but some of you might find it interesting, Dante Basco is going to guest star on the next episode of the Disney Channel series The Suite Life titled The Suite Life Goes Hollywood just like Grey DeLisle said she would play an actress playing Katara on Avatar, Dante will play an actor protraying one of the characters. Though we never get to see his charactor act.
