    To ThePipBoy:

I felt very grateful when I realized that you had read my review. It was very pleasing for me to see another poster who can articulate what they thought of this episode. I hope I'm correct in saying that the "closed eyes" statement you referenced was from my review. I just want to ask, why did you decided to post your entire review on the forum?

Because I am reviewing back in the series, starting with the episode and plan to regularly review episodes. I guess its a vanity thing. I find it hard to motivate myself unless I can get tangible commentary.

Oh and the sokka story wasn't truely weak its just that without the rest of the story providing more weight it isn't needed to be light and funny.

    A tribute to Mako

    Makato Iwamatsu

    1933 - 2006

    Beloved Actor, Father, and Husband

    We will remember you.

    Leaves from the vine,

    Falling so slow,

    Like fragile, tiny shells,

    Drifting in the foam,

    Little soldier boy,

    Come marching home,

    Brave soldier boy,

    Comes marching home.

Copy, paste, send it to all your friends, pass it on.?? Post anything you'd like to say about Mako, memorials, tributes, etc.

That Jin chick seemed a little fake to me. Like she was pretending to be all happy and stuff. Did anyone else notice that?

Personally, I think she's a spy for someone like Azula.??But that's just me.

I liked Iroh's one. It was kinda sad cos he was tributing his son, and it was in honour of his VA. Toph and Katara's one was hilarious though!

Yeah, amen to that. I almost cried, and still get teary whenever I so much as read Iroh's song.

It is such a beautiful little song, and knowing that it has sentimental value to Iroh makes it even more beautiful.

I noticed something though. In the song, it mentions seashells, and earlier in the season (Avatar State), Iroh collects a bunch of seashells, which he says he'll "enjoy these keepsakes for years to come."

    Kinda neat!

Funny??? Excuse me??? I don't think people making fun of other people is funny.?? Especially if the person being picked on is visually impaired.?? I'm visually imparied myself and I could identify with Toph there.?? I almost started crying, thinking of how I used to get picked on for having a disability.?? I'm glad Toph Katara was there for Toph.?? I'm plad their relationship is drowing.?? Or more specifically their friendship bond is growing and I'm glad of that.?? Katara and Toph are my two favorite cahracters. And Katara/Toph's story was my favoirte.?? Now if you mean that what Katara and Toph did to those girls was funny, then you're right.?? That particular part was halrious.?? But not what they did to Toph.

Unless waterbender22 is responding to some ancient, pages-ago post, this can't be the right thread...either way, it's funny...ON THE INTERNET.
