    This is exactly what happened to Luke in Star Wars, he left early and ended up loosing his hand because of it!

    I don't have the show in view, but a thought entered my mind. What if Aang was to master the Avatar state by himself based on the Guru's teachings? Possible?

    The scar remains YES!...and Aang and Zuko are still at odds with each other...FRIGGIN RIGHT!...things are working out just the way I'd hoped they would...sorry shippers...this show isn't built for that (rip me if you want, vent on me, but it doesn't change that the Katara and Zuko moment was just an underscore to the real goings on)
