I just want to yell to the creator, how could they make such stupid way to ending this story...

Aang realy like and love katara from the very first time ( can you see those big eyes from the ice boy) and his feeling continue to develop, so it's possible for Aang to become possesive toward katara and with the cakra case I realy..realy hope that there great klimaks about it...when Aang has to deal with his posseveness and self control...chose between love and peace??? I love to see the fighting and strugle but...nooooo all you need is big giant t/lion...to fix e/thing....hmmmmm

Aang already sacrificed Katara to get into the Avatar state. As amazingly explained by Axrendale a while back, Aang left Katara to defend herself in order to stop the other troops. He chose to stop them instead of protecting her. That was his sacrifice. As told in The Awakening, Aang had a lot of energy twisted up around his wound. When the rock hit him in the back, the energy was unleashed and therefore allowing him to access the Avatar state. The giant lion-turtle has been foreshadowed since the beginning. It was mentioned in the pilot, The Library, and another episode that I can't remember at the moment.

And you can't say that the writer's never intended there to be attraction between Katara and Zuko because they took jabs at them being together.

Like i said in a early post, that was their character development, with the characters being who they are the writers couldn't avoid it without making them out of character

The writer did not originally intend the jabs. However it caught on by the fans so they saw an opportunity. The newer jabs (season2-3) are an example of irony. We think it will happen but it doesn't. That was just the creators messing with the fans and keeping their interest. It is really a good marketing strategy.

What I see was that Aang go trhough Avatar state after reliaze that katara can not survive during the batle so it's about katara...am I right?? but than he got shot from azula and according to roku when Aang in the avatar state got injury so aang can not enter avatar state anymore...is it correct? so we can see the flowing strory from his feeling toward katara...cakra and an earth attachment..it's should nice to ending this story with Aang strugle for his love and duty not with abrakdra of T/lion??

He let go of her to try and save her, which was completely idiotic because in the past his attachment is what caused the avatar state and it made him lose focus leaving him open for a clear shot by Azula, and for the record Aang spent most of the episode talking to his past lives the Lion turtle just gave a line of wisdom

You have to look at it from a business perspective to understand the creators intent. People stay interested and make more fanvids which means free advertising for Nick. It is win win for everybody.

yea, i still say is natural character development, avatar was already a success and if you heard the comentry on the original pilot they don't seem like money grubbers
