    Toph would win, no problem. What I'm more concerned about is who would win the mud fight, and I'm going to say Ty Lee, although it would be close.

    Mud is definitely in the earth department, but can Waterbenders bend it. Unless the mud was really runny, I doubt it. I think it depends on the thickness and how much water is in the mud, otherwise, I don't think Waterbenders have any power over mud.
