Yeah, i have the same trouble with my mom sometimes. But when i don't have homework or anything, i come on, and i get REALLY caught up in the forums. Mostly this one, since it's the only forum with constant activity that i know of. The very reason why i haven't played Kingdom Hearts too much lately...

All the moves, or just about all of them, that she knew were: push-and-pull-the-water, streaming the water, making a gaint wave, and the water whip. Katara had two weeks of training at the North Pole, talent, determintation, and stuff, but her skill is outrageously unrealistic. Its possible to be skilled, but she seems to good to be real or fair. She outbested all the other students, that isn't fair or possible. Well, it can be, but all of those boys who have trained for years and she beat all of them without breaking a sweat or becoming tired, yeah right. And Katara was dubbed a Waterbending Master after only two weeks of official training, **** no. There is no flipping way that is possible.

But she has trained for years, too! I admit readily, not 14 years, but years nonetheless. The studio ADMITTED that Katara was unusually good as Pakku said "You have advanced more quickly than any student I have ever trained." In my eyes, as long as the studio admits that something was unlikely, but still happened, then it is fine by me. Maybe not fine by you, but for me, I say it's realistically unrealistic, if you will. Yes it is unrealistic, but it is so in a way that is presented correctly, as something unrealistic would really happen.

Additionally, she was not dubbed a master. Pakku told Aang to call her Master Katara as in Teacher Katara, not Best-Waterbender-On-Earth Katara.

She almost beat master paku with no training that is like me picking up a basketball training for 5 years, barely being able to shot the basketball two weeks earlier going to admure stoudimire and beating him at basketball, katara was over hyped to make her seem useful in reality she wouldn't, when the previous avatar had died he looked 65-70 years old. He was dead when aang was told he was avatar i presume. he dies at the same age their is 20-30 years before katara is born, she wouldn't have been avatar ever

how is that stupid? these two possible relationships is a major part of the show. i dont exactly agree with aang

and toph, but??it has??been suggested in the cave of two lovers that aang and katara could end up in a personal

    relationship.

ya..well what annoys me is there are shippers out there who act like they will kill the avatar makers if whatever relationship they want to happen doesnt.Im fine if they state there opionion but you know like Toph doesnt seem to be interested in anyone.Maby once shes in more episodes with new people that could change but for now respect Toph opionion of nobody.

i dont think paku was really doing his best i think he was going easy on her cuz when he fought later on against the fire benders he did way better, and i dont think she almost beat him eaither the only time she came close to hiting him was once, she just lasted awhile is all. as for her learning so fast i just think she is a fast learner and she has alot of determination. but i also just think her and sokka are both just extreamly fast learners, cuz sokka learned how to fight like the kyoshi warriors in like just a day.

it's stupid because people tend to flip out over ships and focus more on relationships than the actual show.

dats probably true cause pakku didnt want to hurt katara with all those ppl watching but he wanted to hurt the fire nation. and if sokka can learn something in one day, then katara can definitely do it.
