I think Katara will see Zuko shooting Fireballs at Aang, you know asa training exercise, Katara the crazy bich well think Zuko is attacking Aang, injure Zuko, Aang will tell her to stop Katara continues trying to attack and accidently hitsAang as he trys to saveZuko. Katara stands next to two injuried bodies, horrified with her self runs off. Aang heals Zuko before succumbing to hisinjuries and passing out. He tells the others he is going to get Katara as shecan heal Aang. Zuko finds her talks to her about her trust issues, hey become friends, make out and ZUTARA HAPPENS. Honestly, Katara needs to light up a bit. I mean sure Zuko has done countless things to them... but

I don't think something serious is gonna happen to make Katara trust Zuko. She is just going to get him known better, to talk to him more, to watch him training Aang. She's not blind, she will understand how he's changed. And everything will be clear between them, as i said earlier.

It could be something that he gains over time or it could be something a little different. Suppose Zuko were to save her life, at first she would be feisty with the "I didn't need you're help", but soon she would thank him and that would change her perspective of him.
Or possibly it could be something as simple as Zuko and the gang are having a good time and she has separated herself from the group just because of her anger with Zuko. Then when she sees Toph and Aang are enjoying themselves and getting along with Zuko, her temper will cool like it always does. She'll sit down with them and finally make an effort to be friends with Zuko. Just an idea. If not, its going to be an ugly in your face confrontation or bending battle.
