If it happens soon will it affect the rest of the season?

I think it quite likely that we won't see anything definative until the end of the season. So far their interaction has been sufficient to keep Kataangers happy, while not so much that others *zutarans* can't deny it and stay happy too. The kiss in D.o.t.b.s pretty much showed this; it was unreadable. If anything happens, it will happen at the end, so people against it won't be disappointed for too long.
