Maybe they hired water benders.... I forgot how a fridge works, but I do know that they use electricity which is something that's hot by nature. So maybe they have a machine (or they use the boiling lake properties) to have the same system as we have in our fridges, but less compact.

i dont remember how a refrigerator works, but i do know that the fire nation does have a good pipe system, which could be used to transfer certain gases to cool the air.

Bit hard to keep them cool though considering they are in a volcano (which magically never boils up all the water)

It won't boil up all of the water because the gas and the water in the lake are at equilibrium. This exists in real life.

hey if the show was reallistic then the volcano wouldnt be filled with water but lava. the volcano is probably dead nad has formed a caldera, otherwise it would be impossible for a lake to even form. you have to think a bit unreallistically.

The lake it's self was the thing that was boiling, not the inside of the valcano. My guess was that the maga in the valcano is causeing the water in the lake to almost boil makeing it really hot and that they lake is taking up all of that heat so that they can have the prison there. Also there are firebenders there I'm sure they can do something about the lava.

If anyone has problem finding both episodes, look for them on Livevideo with their names in spanish "La roca hirviendo parte #"
I don't think this one will be deleted soon because they are going to take a lot more time to look for it in spanish. (the epi is in english, but I think it has spanish subtitles for our avatar community here)

    Few words:

First, I'm not a shipper. just wanted to get that out of the way.

Now from the point of view of an unbias person, the only thing that broke "maiko?" up was the fact that zuko didn't want to pull her into his situation to begin with, He was going to betray the WHOLE FIRE NATION... get that, WHOLE FIRE NATION. think about you being chased by your WHOLE NATION. would you want the one you love to be chased to? no you wouldn't. I hope not...

With the ending of 315, Mai BETRAY THE WHOLE FIRE NATION also... so now there is no reason for them not to get back together, Zuko doesn't have to worry about forcing a lifestyle upon her because she already has done this. You really think Zuko wont rescue her? like hell. So in this way I think their relationship has a bridge now and that it will repair.

Second... My poor Azula... I felt pained for her and her friends... I was really hopful that some part of Azula would realize it is her FRIEND she was dealing with and let it slide, but she didn't, Mai didn't help the situation at all either mind you. Still I'd think they'd be more than so easy to break up. *sighs*

Last, did anyone find it arkward that nobody was angry with Zuko/Sokka for going to the FIRE NATION TOUGEST PRISON" without backup of any kind? LEts see, tha takes away a sword/mastermind planner, and Aang's ONLY FIREBENDING TEACHER without any consideration. Yet nobody seemed to show the slightest bit of "give a dang".

Last but not least, At least 30 sharp knives were thrown and nobody got cut, yet everyone is asking why Sokka didn't gut Azula... welcome to censorship. The show is for kids, which makes sokka's sword useful for cutting rope and that's it. enjoy

If anyone was angry at Zuko and Sokka was maybe because they brought Suki, their father, and a lot more ppl back. I think everything might be forgiven in that case.

About your fourth pargraph: I think that everyone was just happy to see that Hakoda and Suki were alive and well, especially Katara. But that doesn't mean Zuko and Sokka won't get lectured later (in the next episode maybe?)
