    It won't boil up all of the water because the gas and the water in the lake are at equilibrium. This exists in real life.

    Where in a volcano, surrounded by boiling water? Would you want to?

    The lake it's self was the thing that was boiling, not the inside of the volcano. My guess was that the magma in the volcano is causing the water in the lake to almost boil making it really hot and that they lake is taking up all of that heat so that they can have the prison there. Also there are firebenders there I'm sure they can do something about the lava.
    True, but you asked if you could live in such a place, apparently you can, I was just asking why would you want to.


    I asked can you live there to know if it was even possible to put a prison in there.

    Hmmmm, I know! I remember watching something on youtube that someone pointed out. In the trailer there's a scene where Azula breaks a mirror because she sees her mother Ursa in it. I wonder what her exact feelings towards her mother is. I remember that just before Ursa went missing she and Azula had a "talk". I also wonder what they discussed exactly.

    Well, we had insight from "The Beach". She said she was hurt by her mom's words that "she was a freak", or the like. She hates her.

    In any case. I think Azula hates her mother because her mother thinks she is a monster. And my guess is that Ursa said that during that talk.
    So Azula probably likes her mother and is pretty upset about ibring called a monster by her and probably hides this by being even more of a monster.
    But it's just a guess.
