Hey guys, just letting you know that I did NOT burn out, and that a new chapter should be out in about a week.

I'm going on vacation for the 4th and will be doing everything from boating to scuba diving.

Laura, water bender

Location: The Foggy Swamp Tribe

Laura woke up with a start, the moonlight streamed into the hut. She heard something like splashing water outside. Laura crawled

to the door and peered outside. She saw her brother Kai practacing water bending agaisnt a tree. The tree had water dripping

down its trunk. Laura smiled "oh no you don't" she said under her breath. Kai shot some water towards the tree. But Laura was to

quick for him and made a waterwhip go towards the water. She knocked it out of mid air. Kai looked towards the hut, but he saw

nothing, Laura was hiding. Kai laughed, he knew it was his sister. Kai walked towards the hut, climbed up the steps and went

inside. He saw Laura, hiding under her blanket. He kicked the bed covers gently then climbed into bed. He heard Laura giggle.

Genesis: Airbending prodigy and master of swords.

Katsumi: Waterbending prodigy.

Giro: Earthbending prodigy.

Karin: Firebending prodigy.

Genesis awoke in the dome-shaped room and struggled to sit up. He lifted his shirt and saw his whole body bandaged.

Katsumi: You shouldn't move a bit. The damage to your internal organs are almost beyond repair, but it is possible to heal if you stay still and rest.

Genesis stood up and used his sword as a cane. He walked over to the door and saw Jing's body lying on the ground. He lifted his sword and lodged it into the corpse's neck and then sliced his head off. He unwrapped some of the bandages, created a sturdy little sack, and then stuck the head in it.

Genesis: Mission is successful...

Katsumi: So can we leave now?

Genesis: Yes...

Katsumi walked over to him and he put his arm around her shoulders. She helped him walk down the hallways until they reached a metal door.

Katsumi: It's a dead end...We can't open anything like that.

Genesis let go and pulled his sword out of its sheathe. He got close to the door and gave it a couple of good slashes.

Katsumi: See. It's no use...

Genesis lifted his arm and shot a small blast of air towards the door and it started to break into peices.

Genesis: Let's move.

Katsumi nodded and helped him walk to the end of another long hallway until they stopped and saw a bright light at the end. They walked out and ended up in a nearby field of grass. Genesis fell on his back and layed down.

Katsumi: So what will we do next?

Genesis: I have to take this to the palace and show this to the king. I am now going to be able to advise him. From there, we will head towards the North Pole and take them over. After that, it's the Air Nomads and then...the Fire Nation...

Katsumi: ...I wonder what the others are doing right now...

Giro walked down the street and saw a group of girls.

Karin: DON'T even think about it. You will not leave me here.

Giro: Just...give me a sec.

He walked up to them and put his arm around two of them.

Giro: Hey ladies! Have you heard about the two for one special?!?!?

They all started to giggle and then shook their heads.

Giro: It's two of you and one of me. Now that's something special!

They all giggled some more and then Karin went up to him and grabbed onto his ear. She pulled on it and he was pulled away from the group.

Giro: What was that for?!?!?

Karin: We have a mission to!

Giro: What mission?

Karin: We need to find a way into the palace remember?

Giro: Can't we just bust our way in?!?!?

Karin: Possible, but not probable. We need to find a way past the first set of guards near the door. I searched the perimeter and found two guards at the entrance.

She pushed up her glasses and then laughed.

Giro: What's so funny?

Karin: There were patrols in every hallway and not a spot was left unattended.

Giro: How is that funny?

Karin: That leaves only one option.

Giro: Which is...?

Karin: You just said it a second ago...

Giro: Force entering?

Karin: Precisely. I just hope Genesis isn't badly hurt or anything. That could ruin our chances.

Giro: Don't worry. I can hold my own. I just hope you and Kat can if he is....

Karin: Let's go wait for them at the entrance. I sense they are coming closer...

This is a short one but very enjoyable and yes i probably spelt his name worng.

Siam- airbender

Siam made her way across the western air temple to the library. Siam was pretty sore because she had been on her feet all day but for some reason she didn't mind. The place had a certain air about it that had the feeling of home. But whatever the cause, she was happy for the first time since her parents had died. With a slight skip in her step she made her way through an entrance way that lead to the library. She turned round the corner only to perform a perfect face plant into a stack of books someone was carrying knocking them to the floor.

"Siam! Are you okay? I didn't see you through all the books," said River.

Siam rubbed her bruised forehead, "I, I been better. Um, what are you doing here? I thought you hated books?"

"Actuaaaaly theyareknockknockjokes," mumbled River helping her up.

"Uh, come again," replied Siam.

"(sigh) They're knock, knock jokes," said River, "But they were created by Monk Giotsu of the southern airtemple and they're really funny."

"Yea right," said Siam shaking her head.

Siam and River continued to walk into the library. As they reached the main reception area Siam viewed the massive pipes and shoots that crisscrossed the ceiling. Each and every one of them led either going to or from the front counter behind which a smiling monk stood.

"Even though I all grown up they still don't seem to have shrunk at all," pondered Siam.

"So, um, what are you doing here," said River trying to change the subject, "Doing more research? Oh by the way, when the monk behind the counter ask what topic your researching don't tell him your feeling lucky."

Siam looked even more bewildered than before, "Ookay? Actually I am looking for writings on ancient artifacts. Do you think you could help me?"

"Okay," said River, "sounds like fun."

River then dropped her books on one of the table in the room and got to work with Siam.
