If there was a moon then you could've used blood bending to make the guy impale himself using his own earth bending.
You know like through the heart, head or splean.
Dosu's chest wound had opened again. Blood poored out onto the dirt below him and his chest became crimson red. The crowd booed.
"Weak! Weak! Weak! Weak! Weak!" they cheered, and some of them threw food at Dosu. He brought up the polearms and knocked all of it aside with ease. The crowd was somewhat stifled, but continued their insults.
The giant sandbender looked at him with big, stupid eyes. A little scrawny man got up on his shoulder. An announcer suddenly spoke:
"Ladies and gentlemen! The fabled mercanary Dosu Kinuta has been found, and now he must fight against the ruthless Earth Brothers!"
Cheers rocked the stadium and Dosu began to remember his own times here as a contender. He had only fought other willing contenders. Now, he was a slave. The big fat one lumbered over to him.
"Brother says you called my mommy bad names!" it yelled.
Dosu had a look of shock, anger, and and confusion on his face.
"You gotta be kidding me. Out of all the fighters in the world, I get the giant, retarded guy who takes up half the arena. Brilliant."
"Brother says you make fun of my mommy. THAT ALL I CARE ABOUT!"
"Oh this is just fantastic. The little one's convinced the big one that I'm the bad guy." he thought.
The giant suddenly slammed down and a huge cloud of sound collected itself into a long arm and shot at him. Dosu jumped out of the way and slid to safety. Getting up, he was panting. He coughed again, and blood spat out.
"Son of a.....all this commotion has caused my wounds to open again. And now I don't have a waterbender to heal my injuries."
"GRRRR!!!" the giant yelled and began to move his thick, fat arms. Sand began to crawl around them. It formed into a massive extension over his left arm. With his right he controlled this massive arm.
"You GOTTA be kidding me." Dosu shouted. He was starting to become very, very angry. The little one on the big fat one's back suddenly crawled up onto his shoulder. He jumped down and kicked the earth. It rose and he pulled out two hammers.
"A smaller ranged fighter.....and a larger meat tank....great....just great..." Dosu said, and he backed off. "These guys are gonna crush me."
They moved in unison. The little one shot rocks at him with the hammers. Dosu brought up his new weapons and broke them in midair. The weapons were heavier, but longer. If he had all his stamina he'd be better off. The massive sand arm shot forth and more sand began to crawl around Dosu's legs. He jumped up and then dodged the sand pillar. It followed around and became thinner, and retracted back into his arm.
Blood still came out of his wound. He could feel his strength being sapped away.
"Dangit...." he said, and he dodged another sand pillar. "I have to end this."
He looked around for a weapon that could do the job easier. He spotted it: A scythe. A large scythe. He ran over and grabbed it off the wall. He turned around.
The big one let the little rat back on and then he charged. Dosu dropped the polearms and pulled up the scythe. Upon seeing it, the little one tried to stop him.
"Wait! WAIT!" he screamed, but it was too late. Fueled almost soley by rage, Dosu summoned the last of his strength and jumped. He cleared his usual height, and then jumped off again over the massive giants head. The little one looked on in horror as Dosu came behind him, reached up using the scythe's full length plus his own height, and grabbed him by the leg. He pulled the little rat down and then threw him to the ground. Raising the scythe up, the little rat screamed in horror as Dosu brought it down on his head. The scythe made a massive, clanging noise and the little one lay headless and still.
The big one finally turned and looked on in horror.
"NOOOOOOOOOO!! BIG BROTHER!!" he screamed in agony. He kicked the ground and all the sand in the arena lifted off the ground. A shockwave followed it, and Dosu flew back twenty feet. Getting up, he was grabbed by the giant, who picked him up with one hand and held him by his chest.
"YOU KILLED MY BROTHER! NOW YOU DIE!" it screamed, but Dosu still had the scythe. He used his one barely free hand and swung the scythe up. It carved into the giant's flesh and he screamed in agony. He dropped Dosu and he hit the ground. Jumping up, Dosu swung the scythe down on the giant's leg. He shouted in pain and Dosu jumped on top of the falling giant. He put the scythe at the giant's neck.
"KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL!" the long stunned crowd began to cheer. The giant looked up and Dosu noticed something else in it's eyes. He put the scythe down. The giant began to weep.
"Why?" it asked painfully.
"Because I kill evil people. You are just an ill, unstable child in the body of a large man. And I see no reason to kill you here."
He jumped off the giant and knelt down. Blood came out of his wound and he spat out more of it. He felt like he could die right there. The giant managed to get itself up off the ground.
Several men came out into the arena. Three of them came over to Dosu. They picked him up.
"Good job, Silent Walker. Looks like you lived. Your performance was incredible. All that from your last vestiges of strength," said a small man with thick glasses and several charts for arena slaves. "Truly incredible. You are close to death. You managed all that soley from the rage that came in that arena. I'll make sure everyone knows of you."
Meanwhile, a familiar face was doing his job. He shoved his foot into a bartenders face. Behind him, a crowd of corpses littered the bar, which was on fire, had massive pillars of earth jetting out everywhere, and ripped apart furniture was scattered about.
"Two kids and a mercanary don't just disappear whe a pirate sails off, barkeep," he said slyly. Behind him, another, heavily cloaked figure twirled water around in the air.
"Hey Death, how's the drinks here?" he asked.
"Death doesn't drink," it said, "And War should be a little more conservative so as to preserve itself."
"Ah shucks, Death, lighten up," he said again. He kicked the bartender and then sat down in a chair.
"So, what we got info that says that pirate only frequents one place. Where we found you."
"That is true."
"So I guess....knowing leadfoot, he either killed them or sold them. Which means we got one place to look, where they will be."
"Correct. Which means we go to the Dark Pits. That is where Springfeet conducts almost all of his trades and business. We will find them there."
"Alright...I can watch some fights.....but we gotta find a boat."
"Only one who wishes to go to the Dark Pits with no intention of fighting may find it, and I have no intention of fighting on such a day...." the man called Death said, and the water twirled about in his hands.
"Say, Death. What's your REAL name anyway?" Itami asked.
"Death has no other name. And War should have no other name either."
"Ah bite me, Death. I'll find out some day."
"The Twelve sent me because you are incapable of doing your job, War. Do not make them send more."
"Ah shucks. Just don't get The End involved with this and I don't really care."
"You are disgusting," said the man called Death.
Back at the Dark Pits, the kids were facing their own problems. The kids were being prepared for sale.
Amaterasu Okami: Firebending general
Haruhi Haetei: Waterbending apprentice
Hakuro Hakudoshi: Earthbending master
----------------------------------------------
At an unknown desert......
Haruhi: My feet are killing me!
Hakuro: Who cares?!
Amaterasu: Would you two just shut up! To pass the time, I'm going to tell you a story.
Hakuro and Haruhi: Fine...
Amaterasu: My first and last name were brought to me by a traveler I passed by when I didn't know who I was. He saw that I would become a firebender, so he gave me the name Amaterasu Okami. Okami was for spirit in Japanese, it was because spiritual things would happen to me, he said. So I practiced firebending and even risked burning my hands sometimes just for firebending. But then a demon attacked me from nowhere it looked like a scroll with arms and legs so, I used the firebending to kill that monster. From that day I was free to choose what kind of firebender I wanted to be.
Amaterasu: So you see.....HOLY $H1T!!!
A bandit nearly assassinated Amaterasu with other bandits tried also tried to kill his comrades.
Akuro: Huh..I didn't think I would miss.
Amaterasu: Why did you try to assassinate me.
Akuro: For a bounty of course.
Amaterasu sliced every bandit instead of Akuro who held his scythe like nothing.
Akuro: That's just weak.
Amaterasu: You want me to get serious.
Akuro: Bring it.
Amaterasu swung his scythe around until he gained enough speed. He used his advanced firebending techniques to distract him from the scythe, he cut his leg off then his arm the sliced him in half and cut his head off.
Amaterasu: You call that strong?
Haruhi: That was very bloody.
Amaterasu walked away with Haruhi and Hakuro and wiped his scythe off with a cloth, to Omashu.
Genesis: Airbending prodigy, master of swords, and leader of the Shǔ Guāng.
Giro: Earthbending prodigy.
Katsumi: Waterbending prodigy.
Karin: Firebending prodigy.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Genesis: We can't go through the front because we'll be noticed as soon as we enter. Let's enter from the side.
They walked around and found a blind spot along one section of the wall. Giro stepped up and put his hands against the wall. He closed his eyes, and a part of the wall collapsed and a hole was made.
Giro: It doesn't go all the way through, so get in.
They all stepped inside and Giro closed off the hole. They walked through the wall for about a minute and then they saw the sunlight. Giro looked around to see if the coast was clear. After he decided it was, he walked outside and gestured for them to come out. They all walked out and then Giro closed off the hole.
Katsumi: So.......Gen and I will go our own way right?
Karin: Yeah, yeah...Don't get too excited. As soon as you guys are asleep, he's all mine.
They parted ways and Katsumi looked around.
Katsumi: How do you plan to get us in?
Genesis: Simple...
He pulled out his sword and held it out at Katsumi's neck. She looked at him shocked and tears started to roll down the side of her face.
Katsumi: Why?!?!?!?
Genesis: It's for the good of the mission...
He was about to strike her down when a Di-Lee came out of nowhere and restrained him. He dropped Genesis to the ground and bound his arms together. Katsumi was also restrained and taken along with Genesis. The Di-Lee put both of them onto his shoulders and dropped into a hole he created. The hole closed off as soon as they were in and Genesis saw a lot of crystals along the walls.
Genesis: Where are we?
Di-Lee: In Old Ba Sing Se...You'll be taken in for some good old fashioned molding.
Genesis: Molding?
Di-Lee: That's what I said.
Katsumi didn't say a word because she was still shocked from what Genesis did earlier.
Genesis: What about her?
Di-Lee: Wait...Why am I answering your questions?!?!?
He opened a door using Earthbending and threw Genesis in. He closed the door and kept on walking down the hall. He opened another door not too far down and threw Katsumi in and closed the door. It was dark, but other Di-Lee operatives were inside and they put both Katsumi and Genesis into chairs and locked them up.
Di-Lee: Remove his weapons.
Another man walked over and took Genesis' sheathe from his waist and set it on a table nearby.
Katsumi had her head down and didn't talk. Both of them had a ring with a light floating around them and a man walked up in front of them. Each doing the same thing in seperate rooms.
Di-Lee: You are not going to pick a fight with anyone. There is no idea of war in Ba Sing Se...
Genesis laughed and he blew a strong gust of wind pushing his chair back. The chair hit a man behind him and he slammed him against a wall. The force unlocked the restraints and he stood up and rubbed his wrists. He picked up his sword and walked over to the one who was speaking earlier. He grabbed him by the collar and picked him up.
Genesis: You're going to open the door before I make you.
Di-Lee: Why would I open it for a man like you?
Genesis pulled out his sword and held the blade against his neck.
Genesis: Because if you don't, then....Let's just say you wouldn't want to know what then...
The man looked scared and Genesis dropped him. The man crawled to the door and opened it. Genesis walked out.
Genesis: Thanks...Now, close the door.
The man nodded and the door closed.
Genesis: Now to find Katsumi...
He walked down the hall and felt the air for vibrations.
Genesis: It's coming from down this hallway...
He kept on walking until he entered a large room. The ceiling was dome-shaped and was covered with stalactites. A laughter filled the room and a woman jumped down from the ceiling. She lifted her head and was revealed to be Katsumi.
Genesis: There you are. Let's get going.
Water started to flow out from her pouch and shards of ice formed in the air around Katsumi.
Genesis: Katsumi? You're not mad about what happened earlier right? I had to make it believable, so I had to scare you a bit.
The shard started to fly towards Genesis and he pulled out his sword. They all hit the fuller of his blade and he lined the shards along the ground. He charged Katsumi and the shards started to attack from behind. He turned around to block them, but while he was doing that she created a water whip and lashed him in the back. He looked like he was in pain, but didn't really show it. He turned around and she lashed him again. He stood his ground and slowly made his way towards her. She kept on whipping him and he kept on walking.
Genesis: It's me, Genesis! There's no time for this!
She kept on whipping him and showed no sign of restraint. He got close enough to her and then gave her a bear hug to hold her down.
Genesis: Come on Kat. You're a member of the Shǔ Guāng. Don't you remember?
Katsumi's pupils shrunk and he let her go.
Katsumi: Genesis?
She slowly closed her eyes and fell. He grabbed her before she hit the ground and put her over his shoulder.
Genesis: I can't do this solo and these wounds need to heal....I'll abort mission for now and find some quick shelter.
He walked down a hallway on the opposite side of the room. He found a room that had its doors open and he walked in. It was empty and he put her down gently. He closed the doors and decided to stay in there for the time being.
--------------------------------------------
I think it's crap, but I just wanted to get this whole little section out of the way and get on with the story. IF you enjoyed it, then that's cool but whatever...

Bai Mao (firebender, Pudao)
After the fight.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The fight was over, we set up camp and tended to our wounds.
B'ao: Burai, do you have any antiseptic?
She tossed it to me, and I made sure to catch it with my left hand, then spread it liberally over my right hand, and tossed it back. I thought better of telling about my "encounter" with the dagger woman. I had found the river and caugh a few salmon-shark(s?) to feed our now huge group. They were roasting on a spit, and I questioned my group as soon as I got back.
B'ao: How many kids did we pick up?
Burai: 35
B'ao: Did you collect the weapons from the traders?
Yonhi: Right here.
He held up a formidable sack.
B'ao: And Ini? is she okay?
Ariel: She's doing fine. She's still a bit shaken up, though. By the way, why'd Gweh go all crazy about it? She seems fine to me.
B'ao: Back at Po-Kun, battle shock was seen as a sign of weakness. It means that you weren't strong enough to kill. Gweh went through battle shock, and the end result wasn't pretty.
Chase: Not pretty how?
I gestured toward Gweh.
B'ao: Not my stort to tell.
Gweh began, but Burai interrupted him.
Burai: It would be better for me to tell the story.
She took a kerchief from her pocket and wiped her face. Makeup came off to reveal numerous thin scars covering her face, including many on her eyelids. She even opened her eyes to reveal that they were still green, but with hideous red gouges crossing the centers. Gweh decided that he had had enough and left to one of the tents.
Burai: Gweh already told you how we met, but there was more to the story. He was always miffed at me for knocking him out, and always did his best to outdo me. He even took up sword training, as well as his earthbending lessons. He was good, too. We were the bitterest of rivals, and in truth, even I couldn't beat him when it came to swordplay. But skills in friendly sparring were never proper preparation for an actual battle. We were fighting pirates who invaded the coast. It was the first time Gweh actually killed someone, and in truth, it was quite comical. He vomited on the captain of the ship before he passed out. This guy was skilled, and p-ssed of, if you could excuse my language. The captain approached Gweh, ready to carve him to bits, but I jumped in front and took the full blow. All Gweh got was a scar on his arm. I had to be flown up to the Northern Water Tribe for healing; these scars are really small compared to what I really had. But it was too late, they coulsn't fix my eyes. I was put on leave from the army for my injury, and Gweh took me on a journey to find a cure; He was convinced that it was his fault. When we traveled to the Eastern Air twemple, we found an old man who told of invisible connections between people and their energy. He taught me to recognize people and their posessions by their energy. It made me who I am today.
