-thesecondsign-. I posted the new Earth Kingdom soldier thing (before the loss of 2500 soldiers) after I posted the update. I added "The Screaming Badgers Leader" and put him there. Is that cool?

You're a great strategist, Axrendale, the supply lines and defenses you set up for the colonies were astounding.

My Earthborne are doing the same job the Americans did in World War II with their Airborne Forces. Causing havoc by delivering light infantry to a location to assault and capture Nazi forces.

It won't win us the war, but 3000 soldiers is a moderate casualty.

Granted, your new soldiers will most certainly make up the slack, but the Earthborne can attack any Earth Kingdom location and then go back again and again. They can be deployed well beyond the front lines, meaning sending more soldiers is not a valid strategy. The land we get back can also arguably increase our soldiers morale, which has been proven to increase their combat ability by a significant margin, and the everpresent idea of assault in your colonies more than decreases that of your own soldiers. They will be afraid and jumpy from the idea of attacks from underground at any Earth Kingdom location Isabel decides upon. Guirella warfare can greatly damage morality.

Isn't this guy great. THESECONDSIGN FTW!

Actually, submitting to guirella warfare is a double edged sword. It shows we're getting too weak to handle direct conflict as well.

Granted, attacking a well defended position does not immediately say they win with larger numbers. The defensive side usually carries an advantage but we are at a disadvantage and he holds virtually every card.

Sometimes guerilla tactics don't work out so well. See Vercingetorix's failed rebellion against Julius Caesar, or Spartacus's Gladiator uprising. They both tried to use similar tactics to the ones you guys used, and failed miserably against their technologically superior opponents.

True, but THESE guerrila tactics should have, because:

    1. You are not completely technologically superior to us. Our airships are almost equal to yours, lacking only the cannons that shoot bombs rather than just dropping them. Your war balloons are exactly the same as ours. Our ships may be inferior, but they are no longer the "pathetic looking junks" you described earlier. And our DoBS tanks are at least equal to your FN tanks.

    2. These weren't just guerrillas. They barely went above ground to execute their attack. How did your guys possibly kill 2500 of them when you could barely see them.

    .......she.
Ahem. It is now the Water Tribes turn!
Under Axrendale's request, EmoHaruno sends 3 fleets of 14, more technologically advanced ships and 2 fleets of regular water tribe ships, including a few submarines to Chameleon Bay at full force. They reach there after 6 hours, and start the raid. They cause medium destruction, but are able to capture the bay. Earth Kingdom forces are fighting back as we speak though.

1: It's not just that we have cannons - you guys don't even have bombs to drop Once your ships run out of rocks, you've got nothing. My ships have catapults, trebuchets, gigantic crossbows - the full canoodle. You guys are still stuck with throwing rocks at us. I'll get back to you about the tanks.

2: Remember, almost all of my soldiers were on ships or balloons. Being below ground is no good at all if most of your enemies are in the sky or out on the water. To get them, you have to come out, and that's when we hammer you

We lost most of those men through isabels other moves and the bomb droppings on them, I think.

Sorry - I edited my post. EmoHaruno is a girl - got it.

You'd better pack some serious numbers on those ships to make sure the raid works out. Remember, if the attack doesn't succeed, I won't give you your tanks.

Fine. EmoHaruno then sends in 14 more extra fleets of technologically advanced ships and regular ships.(remember, Axrendale, I don't have much!)

What I meant was - how many men are on each ship? You have 7300 men in your army. How many of them were committed to the fight?

THE EK FIGHTS BACK! You forget that the majority of our Fleet is stationed at chameleon bay, and it is our 2nd most fortified area. The EK responds by sending it's fleet to engage and capture the attackers. Waterbending provides an advantage to the WT, but sandbenders, who control the coast and the ocean floor, give power to us. A few airships come in for backup but choose NOT to start bombing immediately.

I can make a map if you want.
