    I think I will join the Fire Nation. So far, they're the only people who've managed to conquer any land, so that Axrendale guy must know what he's doing.

    That's because he's done this before. All the rest of us are stuggling becuase we were not apart of the last one

    Actually no, it doesn't. Whether any nation has any control over them is entirely up for debate (they'll probably be declared neutral by Libraman). But the Fire Nation certainly has a claim. In the actual show, statues of them were exhibited most in the Fire Nation. When we actually met one of the creatures, it had the golden eyes of the Fire Nation. Just because they live in the Water means nothing.

    Not that it really matters, as I said, they will probably end up being declared neutral.
