i dont think the arrows will pass....it has to be seen in the show....except air nation gets creativity abilities....cuz there was nothing about technology an fighting techniques in the series that was shown

They're free to make their move at 12:30pm, (EST) when Libraman returns. Don't worry - even if you are attacked (which you probably won't be) you'll still recieve ample time to respond.

It'd probably be best if you kept it until the last minute. That has 2 advantages: Libraman doesn't have to sift through every page to find it, and also, it ensures that I won't know about your plan until it is almost my turn (if you were to post it now, I'd have all night to plot a counter-attack). Just a piece of friendly advice
And yes, there has been an RPG like this before, won by me, but it got ridiculously out of hand because there were no rules whatsoever.
It was still pretty fun though
