Two things: First, I saw a trailer for Shyamalalalalallamaman's latest movie 'The Happening' in the cinema today. It's one of those disaster movies, like "The Day After Tomorrow" or "Cloverfield". I don't know, it looks okay, not my kind of film though. If I see that movie, will it be any indication of how the Avatar movies will turn out? Second, Will Dee Bradley Baker play Appa and Momo in the movie? What do you think?

    1. I dont think that movie will have any indication of how the Avatar movies will turn out, other than S-money being an awesome director. But he has done lots of different kinds of movies, so it's not like he's stuck on one type of movie-style.

    2. I think Dee Bradley Baker should play Appa and Momo. He'll be in a costume and everything! j/k....but i do think he should voice their parts. They will probably have Appa and Momo built, and have Dee Bradley Baker to the voices/sounds.

    1. *ponders*
    2. *shudders* But if they animate the dragons well, in the third movie, I'd go even to the theaters to watch it, instead of just downloading....it.....*pretends he didn't say that*

Just updated the first page guys. Apparently M Night Shyamalan is or has recently been to India to advertise his new movie "The Happening". The English in the interview was pretty bad so I'm just going to provide the part that relates to Avatar.

Q: You are working with an Indian producer. Any plans to set a film here?

A (Shyamalan): Working with UTV (co-producers of The Happening) has been good. I am lucky that people are willing to finance my work. I'm coming closer to working on something in India. I might set some part of my next project Avatar—The Last Airbender here. It's a fantasy film with a lot of Hindu and Buddhist philosophy.

Come on, why cant m night film in alaska for the north and south pole scenes? Canada suxxors and greenland suxxors too because they are not the United States. Avatar is american made and I think appropriate scenes should be filmed in the US.

Does Shyamalan normally make cameo roles in his films? Like Stan Lee?

Everyone keeps talking about how they want the people who voice the characters to play the roles. So, could anyone imagine Mae Whitman as Katara?

    Think of the possibilities........

I refuse to believe that Alaska is a part of the United States.

Shyamalan almost always has some sort of Cameo in his movies.

I don't want the VA to play the roles just hope they don't mess things as let's say have an 18 years old playing Aang. As for Shyamalan cameo maybe he can be some watertribe warrior maybe even Bato don't you think?
