Does anyone know who might be playing Jet in this movie?? Whoever he is he better be good at martial arts and with swords xp and he better be good-looking. Jet is my favourite character in avatar and always will be. He is such an awesome fighter and a great leader even though Sokka doesnt think so > i mean sure jet had a crazy plan in book 1 chapter 10 to flood the town but he even admitted he was troubled and had changed. I liked it when Jet took down most of the fire nation by himself which proves how great and skilled a fighter he is. Jet's relationship with katara was going smoothly, i love the part when he was holding her to go up in his treehouse (that was sexy ) I was crushed though what happened to Jet at Lake Laogai and so many people said he died after that which I really hated to believe! Jet didnt appear in any avatar episode after Lake Laogai which proved to me he must have died. omg i really miss him. Why did they make such a great character die? Out of everyone I mean it had to be Jet, come on people. Katara brings Aang back alive when he got struck by lightning at the end of book 2 (by azula) and she healed him with waterbending, she couldn't heal Jet?? what the hell!!!!

So yeah sorry about being carried away here but if anyone knows something about Jet please reply soon. HE ROCKS AND HE'S THE BEST

I thought that she couldn't save Jet because he had internal damage. I can't remember where I read that though.

Maybe Hallie Kate Eisenberg would be a good Katara, even though she is like 16 by now...

Does anyone think it's possible that Byrk purposely left unanswered questions in the finale so that when the live action movie of book 3 comes out they could fill in some of the gaps as kind of "a draw" to get more hype and people to go see it?

    just a thought

yeah i was thinking that too
they'll probably have Zuko's search for his mom in the 3rd movie but if that's how they do it, then we will have to wait a long LONG time until we get the answer to that question

Zuko: RockEmSockEm Robot (Blue ) Katara: Miley Cyrus (LOL) Toph: Hannah Montana (LOLx2) Azula: Kelly Hu (Deathstrike on X-Men) Iroh: Ian McKellan (Gandalf on LOTR) Ozai: Will Smith (2many2count; if u dun kno hu Will Smith is you hav bin livin under a rock) TyLee: Britney Spears (with a shaved head. ) Mai: Jar Jar Binks (Star Wars) Cabbage Man: Tommy Lee Jones (It just seems to work) Earth King: Bill Clinton (Who else is as oblivious and wierd?) Bill Clinton: Barack Obama (After all, they are exactly the same) JeongJeong: Patchy the Pirate (no comment) Bumi: Patchy the Pirate (on steroids) Pachu: Patchy the Pirate (on dope) Koh the Facestealer: M. Night Shyamalan (just his usual cameo) Everyone else: CGI animation (generously provided by George Lucas. Thanx, George! ) MAN!! I AM SOO EXCITED FOR THIS AWESOME CAST!!! AREN'T U?!?

No way! I was positive Obama would play Katara: they both love giving preachy speeches about hope!

LOL! The difference is that Obama wants Iraq failure and higher taxes and gas prices, Pre-preschool education, partial birth abortion, full gun control, and to be Jimmy Carter. Okay, I'm off my soapbox, now.

like i said, there's a 90% chance that they'll tweak and add parts to the movie to keep it more interesting and not so predictable.

and they're probably going to leave out some of the good parts to.

im wondering how they're gonna do book 3 it has a lot of important stuff in it and the good stuff will probably be left out (like the dance party headband)

the siege of the north episode will look so cool in live action though.

the dance party is important. Probably the painted lady and nighmares and daydreams will be totally left out of the film.
